The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. In the living room, there is a fold-out sofa bed (1.35 x 2 m). By car: MUNICH 35–45 min., MUNICH EXHIBITION CENTER 25 min., LAKE CHIEMSEE 45 min., AIRPORT 40 min., THERME ERDING 30 min. Bus line 9410, EBERSBERG S-BAHN STATION can only be reached by car in 15 minutes. Please no children under 5 years of age. (Not equipped for them.)
