Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Brötchenservice optional.

Die 50 qm große Unterkunft für 2 Personen besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer, einer voll ausgestatteten Landhausküche samt Spülmaschine, 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Badezimmer, sowie einem eigenen Balkon. Zur Ausstattung gehören außerdem Highspeed-WLAN, sowie ein Smart-TV .

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Living at Schloss Höllrich

The apartment is situated in a partially renovated water castle from 1565 in the small village of Hollrich, Germany It consists of 2 lovingly decorated bedrooms with a kitchen and a bathroom. You will stay in one room with cross vaults, beautifully decorated stone columns and a newly installed solid oak floor which gives the room a pleasantly warm flair. The view is out to the court yard and the moat . A closet is installed in the 51 inch thick wall .

Dort befinden sich Bäcker, Gastronomie und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein Hallenbad und eine Naturbadesee mit Seeterasse befinden sich im Ort. Nach Würzburg, Bad Kissingen oder Schweinfurt sind es ca. 25 km.
