Das Spatzennest ist eine ruhige Wohnung für 2 Personen, die zur Entspannung einlädt. Die Fachwerkwände sind mit Lehm verputzt, so dass sich ein behagliches Raumklima einstellt. Holz und natürliche Materialien geben der Wohnung einen besonderen Charme.Aus dem Fenster können Sie vom Frühjahr bis in den Sommer hinein die Spatzen beobachten, wie Sie im benachbarten Dach brüten und ihre Jungen großziehen. Die Ferienwohnung Spatzennest verfügt auf 30 m² im ersten Stock des sanierten Seitengebäudes der Buschmühle über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbet und einen Wohnbereich mit integrierter Küche und einem kleinen Bad mit Dusche/WC. Die Küche ist mit einem 2-Platten-Induktionsherd, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und Toaster ausgestattet.Für unsere Gäste steht ein WLAN kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Falls Sie einen Kinderhochstuhl benötigen, sprechen Sie uns bitte an.Bitte beachten Sie das alle Wohnungen Nichtraucher-Wohnungen sind und keine Haustiere mitgebracht werden können.

Due to the proximity to the A4 and A72 motorways, you can quickly reach cities such as Dresden, Leipzig and Weimar, or the beautiful Westerzgebirge. Chemnitz city can be reached by car in about 15 minutes. Just around the corner, there is a nice playground for the smaller children. You can explore the area on many hiking trails.

If you really want to switch off, need new spirit and are satisfied with minimalist furnishings, but appreciate the luxury of freedom, evening sunsets from your terrace, birdsong in the morning and the mooing of happy cows, you've come to the right place.
