Approximately 35 sqm in the basement of our house are lovingly modern and cozily styled with floor-to-ceiling windows to the terrace in the countryside. Free Wi-Fi! Please note: No smoking in the apartment!!! This also applies to e-cigarettes (vaping), etc. With S4 to Hanover main station: only 26 min./to Messebahnhof- Laatzen: only 35 min.

Langenhagen/Kaltenweide near Hanover

We offer a room with its own kitchen and bathroom in Langenhagen/Kaltenweide. Hannover Airport is only 7 minutes away by car and we are happy to offer an airport transfer for a surcharge if it is convenient. The bus, which runs right outside the front door, takes you to the S-Bahn station in Kaltenweide in 5 minutes or within walking distance in 10 minutes. From there, the S-Bahn [suburban train] goes 25 minutes directly to the Laatzen/Hanover trade fair or in 17 minutes to the city of Hanover.

Underfloor heating, electric shutters, triple glazed windows, HD TV, a fully equipped kitchen and much more offer a pleasant stay. The maximum number of people is 4, but then it is already a bit tight and only suitable for a short stay. The apartment is optimal, for example, for 2 adults with a child. A baby crib, a children's travel crib, as well as a high chair can be provided for a small fee (€5 per stay).

The apartment is located in an idyllic, rural setting and is still only 15 km from Hanover airport and 20 km from the center of the state capital. In the immediate vicinity is a supermarket and leisure activities such as cycling, hiking, etc. are also possible. The S-Bahn to Hanover (25 minutes. Drive to the main train station) can be reached in 10 minutes by foot.

In the extension of our house, which was formerly used as a practice, this studio is available for your exclusive, private use. Next to a small hallway with a shoe cabinet and wardrobe is the small bathroom with toilet and shower. In the large, bright living room there is a small kitchenette (but NOT a fully equipped kitchen) with a sink. A foldable sofa can accommodate a third person. Behind a medium-high partition is the double bed directly at the large window.

We offer you a nice and cozy apartment of about 74 m² in Neustadt am Rübenberge in the district of Suttorf. The state capital of Hanover can be reached via the B6 in 25 kilometers. The Steinhuder Meer is 15 kilometers away. The nearest shopping facilities such as Lidl, Aldi, Famila, Netto, DM, gas station and a bakery are about 2 km away as well as a large Chinese restaurant. Free parking is available on the property for our guests.
