On the 2nd floor there are the following rooms: Living area Kitchen Bathroom with shower (from July 2019 also with washing machine) Bedroom with double bed (1.80 m) Children's room with double bed (1.40 m) In the attic there is another room with a double bed (1.60 m) Access to this room is via a steep staircase.

The apartment is ideal for craftsmen, guests in transit or people who do not mind that the apartment is located just outside. Bus and tram are nearby. The balcony with a view of the countryside invites you to switch off. Smokers are welcome... but please only on the balcony ;-.

The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.

Centrally located, new and modern furnished apartment in the center of Geras. Close to everything. The bakery is right next door. Two minutes' walk to the tram and 10 minutes to the beautiful market. 4 adults can easily stay there. The highlight is of course the beautiful large roof terrace. Shower and bathtub as well as a fully equipped kitchen leave nothing to be desired.
