Nadine and her mother are excellent hosts, kind and helpful. The apartment is situated in a beautiful district of Jena. Everything matches the description. Very clean and quiet, equipped with all comforts. Recommended for short and long stays.

Sven is very nice and helpful. this is a cozy place. heater, packing place, washing machine are useful for me. will choose this place next time in erfurt.

Livia was always approachable, gave very good tips. The accommodation is absolutely central in the pedestrian zone and is still quiet. We were very satisfied!

We loved the apartment. It was super cozy, the bathroom and shower very modern. The mattress was very comfortable and the bunk bed in the children's room was very popular with our child. The street had an adventurous slope for us from the lowlands. ☺️ A parking space was always available. We can really recommend the apartment!!!

Everything worked out very well and the apartment was nice. We felt welcome and at home. The apartment was also very quiet. We didn't hear anything from the street or other residents. Opposite there was a baker with delicious rolls and the Rewe is also a few minutes' walk away. Parking was easy in Spittelgartenstrasse, Hans-Sailor-Str. and especially in Nettelbeckufer. The city and attractions can be reached quickly by tram. Conclusion: We would book the apartment again at any time for a break in Erfurt.

We felt very comfortable with Lutz and Sabine. They were super friendly and helpful. The location of the apartment is quiet and allows many excursions to the nearby area (Gotha, Erfurt,..). The apartment is lovingly decorated and leaves nothing to be desired. Glad to come back!

Franziska modern apartment is nicely located close to Gradierwerk zum Kurpark. The apartment is as described, there is everything you might need for shorter and longer stays. It is very clean. The washing machine comes in handy. The car park is good, right in front of the house. Easy check-in, good communication with the host makes everything easy. Great view of the surroundings. It was a real pleasure to stay at her place, easy choice next time I will be around. Very much recommendable!

Fantastic location! Unfortunately, we were only there one night. The surroundings are simply wonderful. In the apartment, I felt a bit like in a mountain cabin, which I liked very much. A good choice in the area. Communication with Michael was very friendly and straightforward.

Peter and his wife are very friendly and open hosts. They are proactive and approach their guests with open arms. They are communicative and available when needed. The apartment is as it is in the photos. The photos do not reflect the size of this place well and there is a lot of space. Although the apartment is close to the highway, it is a very quiet apartment and you cannot feel the proximity of the highway either in the house or in the yard. We were worried about it. The apartment is warm and cozy, has a nice atmosphere and is tastefully decorated. As I mentioned, it has a lot of space and it is very comfortable to live in. To be honest, I was surprised how much this apartment offers, definitely more than I expected. The kitchen and bathroom equipment is of high quality, nothing is missing. You can get the impression that it was not created for rent but for living. I highly recommend it. We will definitely come back here :)

I was in Jena from the USA to attend a multi-day family event maybe 200 meters from Axel’s unit. I was perfect in every way although I spent very little time there because of the parties. i also did not use the kitchen nor living room. Axel quickly answered any question and greeted me personally at the start and end. A nice stay and people at the parties will likely try to book his unit in the future. Danke schoen Azelp

Reinhard provided us with his fully equipped basement apartment. The spacious living room adjoins a very welcoming terrace with barbecue facilities. Kitchen and bedroom have a very nice view of the idyllic garden which was snowed during our stay. Simply fantastic. Our dog lady also loved the stay and the quiet area. A highlight was the cozy fireplace. By car, you can quickly get to Erfurt and Weimar. We really enjoyed the short trip and would be happy to come back.

A beautiful apartment, about a 15-minute walk from the center. There were four of us (2: adults and two older children) and everything worked wonderfully. Wifi was fast enough for Netflix, the TV was modern and the apartment spacious enough. A set of beautiful glasses may be missing, but otherwise everything is perfect.

What an incredibly beautiful accommodation! Individually and harmoniously furnished - here, a lot of thought has been given. In addition, everything is sparkling clean and, despite the incredibly central location, super quiet. A top address to explore Weimar from!

We were only in the Fuchsbau for one night and loved that this was possible at all. A really nice, homely and furnished with many tasteful details, which we will certainly visit again when we come to Erfurt again.

Short city trip as a family with two teenagers. A wonderful starting point for this. In the middle of the tourist attractions and with plenty of youth-friendly shopping experiences.

Everything was great. The apartment is in the attic where it is nice and quiet. Thanks to air conditioning, it's not a problem even in the summer. Tram around the corner where you can get there quickly, but don't hear it. Short walk to the city. Free parking on the street was also possible, which is not self-evident in Jena. You have to accept climbing stairs, but it's everywhere in Jena.

Our stay at Julia's was just perfect :-) ......unfortunately too short. The accommodation and hostess leave nothing to be desired, it was super cozy and very warm. The property is impeccable, very spacious and stylishly furnished. The surroundings are just perfect for hiking, lots of peace and relaxation. We are thrilled and will also be happy to come back to Julia's.

A great apartment with all the working equipment. After a short shopping trip around the corner, you can enjoy a stay with all the trimmings. We were there with bicycles, and could reach the city center within a few minutes! Great!🌞
