The apartment is cleanly located in a quiet courtyard. The car can be parked there in a carport, which is very helpful. The booking and also the communication with Andreas worked out great. We had a pleasant stay. Thank you!

We had a great stay at these apartments in Graz. The place was very quiet and had everything we needed. It looked exactly like the photos – clean and well-maintained. The check-in and check-out process was simple and straightforward. The host, Julia, was very friendly and always available if needed. Highly recommended!

We can only agree with the previous reviews. Barbara does everything to make you feel completely comfortable! Thanks for the cold beer in the garden ;) The accommodation is very rural, but you can eat in the Spar and the bakery...There is also a café, which is already full in the morning. The apartment is beautiful and equipped with everything you need (including dishwasher, washing machine!). We really enjoyed the time in the garden, it is great and you can watch the bees at work all day ;) The bathtub (see pictures) is actually available and offers a great refreshment. Better than the children's pool around the corner. I'm sure we'll be back!

Lovely stay in Graz. A beautiful, clean and peaceful apartment with an amazing balcony. The flat is a bit further out from the centre but still walkable - there are supermarkets and a tram stop nearby also. Kristina was a very responsive and helpful host who even met us when checking in.

My parents visited us in Graz and they felt very comfortable and slept very well. Gerhard responded promptly and was very helpful. My parents would choose this accommodation again at any time.

It is definitely the best place to stay in Graz. The place is lovely, with an amazing garden right outside when you open the windows. Georg was amazing. He was always very helpful and kind. The location is perfect because you have access to shops, restaurants, bakeries, banks, everything you need for a long or short stay. You can walk from there to the most beautiful places in the city because it is right it the middle of it! 20 minute walk to the Uni. This definitely will be the place for me when I come back to Graz. :D

We had a very nice stay at Lake Klopein. The apartment is beautifully and modernly furnished and above all very clean! The kitchen is well equipped and we were even provided with a first food supply at the reception. The landlady was super friendly and responded well to our wishes. There is a lot to do in the area and both lakes are within walking distance. Clear recommendation on our part ☺️

Loved our one night stay here. Mark was very proactive and sent images to help us find the entrance as well as the parking garage. He was very helpful. The apartment is a studio but beautiful. I would stay here again!

We had a great stay at Silivia and Andi's place. We were already very warmly welcomed upon arrival and received support at all times with all questions. The apartment in the Mauterhube was as described and very high quality renovated. We very much enjoyed and extensively used the private sauna and the whirlpool. During the day and after our excursions, we enjoyed the seating and lounging areas by the swimming pond and the magnificent view of the Styrian mountains. All in all, we had an outstanding vacation and can recommend the accommodation.
