Das 95qm große Haus hat im Erdgeschoss ein komfortables Wohnzimmer, ein Esszimmer, Küche mit Geschirrspüler, sowie 1 Badezimmer, 1 separates WC und 2 Doppelzimmer. Erlebe den großen Brombachsee von unserer ruhigen 1-Zimmer-Whg aus. Die Unterkunft besteht aus einem gemütlichem Schlaf-/Wohnbereich mit Doppelbett, einem neuen Schlafsofa, einem kleinen TV, einer ausgestatteten Küche und einem Badezimmer mit Dusche. Ein Highlight des Appartements ist die große, private Terrasse. Genießen Sie dort einen ruhigen Abend oder schlendern Sie am See entlang. Dieser ist entspannt in ca. 10min zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Garten und die ruhige Lage laden zum Entspannen ein.

In our cozy tiny house you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is situated in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 minutes' walk to our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.

Rohrachhof

The Rohrachhof is an old Jura farmhouse dating back to 1750. It boasts exposed timber framing and lime plaster, creating a unique indoor climate. Tradition and modernity blend seamlessly here; the apartment features a new kitchen, a new bathroom, and underfloor heating. Two horses graze in front of the house and can be observed through the windows. A dream come true, not just for children! The apartment accommodates a maximum of 7 adults.
