Unsere Unterkunft ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der Burg Colmberg und dem Golfplatz entfernt. Das 95qm große Haus hat im Erdgeschoss ein komfortables Wohnzimmer, ein Esszimmer, Küche mit Geschirrspüler, sowie 1 Badezimmer, 1 separates WC und 2 Doppelzimmer. Kostenlses WLAN steht zur Verfügung. Eladestation ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt.

Erlebe den großen Brombachsee von unserer ruhigen 1-Zimmer-Whg aus. Die Unterkunft besteht aus einem gemütlichem Schlaf-/Wohnbereich mit Doppelbett, einem neuen Schlafsofa, einem kleinen TV, einer ausgestatteten Küche und einem Badezimmer mit Dusche. Ein Highlight des Appartements ist die große, private Terrasse. Genießen Sie dort einen ruhigen Abend oder schlendern Sie am See entlang. Dieser ist entspannt in ca. 10min zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Garten und die ruhige Lage laden zum Entspannen ein.

In our cozy tiny house you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is situated in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 minutes' walk to our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.
