Holiday rentals with a patio in Welland

This is a place I wholeheartedly recommend — and I’m known to be quite picky about accommodations! The house was even better than the photos: cleaner, more spacious, and overall just lovely. The backyard offered a peaceful retreat, which we really appreciated. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming! A special bonus was their adorable and smart dog — such a sweet presence. It took about 20 minutes to drive to Niagara Falls, and there were grocery stores and restaurants just 5 to 10 minutes away by car, which made everything very convenient. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Niagara!

Karley was very easy to communicate, she kindly accommodated my requests and was clear on the description of her place. It was very clean and cozy, just like the photos. The complimentary cold beer was awesome!👌 Great recommendations for the business in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Camille House. It was very clean. The area was very quiet. It was perfect location, we were not in the main part of the city, but it was just minutes away from everything we wanted to do. If we come back to Niagara Falls, we will definitely stay there again.

Shauna's condo is close to the Rapid's View parking lot which made it very easy to get the WEGO bus to all the attractions. Shauna gave very detailed, clear directions for getting into the condo and where to park. There are quite a few restaurants and shops in the area which was also convenient. We had everything we needed in the condo and really enjoyed our time here.

Julia's place was very warm and inviting. We had a wonderful vacation. Buffalo is an awesome place to visit with lots of history and easy to get around. We will visit again in the future.

This appartment is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood a short walking distance from the falls and the fireworks at night. The little kitchen can save you on restaurants, and the bathroom has a skylight and a wonderful bathtub to relax after a long day out. The decor is clean, modern and cozy. Self check in and out was simple. Perfect for a short getaway with a loved one.

It was nice and clean small unit. Host Rachel was friendly and responsive and has provided clear instructions. It is nice place for a couple to stay for few days. Area is peaceful and just about 8-10 minute drive from Niagara Falls.

A beautiful area of lovely homes. The place is compact with everything you need - just a short drive to Niagara Falls. If possible, definitely go to the Canadian side - the views and experience are astonishing. Our hosts were very hospitable.

We felt right at home in this 2nd story apartment in Elmwood. The kitchen has been beautifuly remodeled, and well appointed including a French press which is our favorite. Gorgeous wood floor and trim in living room and dining room. New windows throughout. The bathroom was not as recently updated, with a clawfood tub/shower but worked fine and piping hot water. Two balcony areas need updating too, but cool historic spaces. Off-street parking was super convenient down a very skinny driveway. A highlight was a neighborhood run to Delaware Park. We loved our stay at Donna&Bobs. It was perfect size for our stay. We had a lot of fun watching the boats come in and out of the lock. There is lots to do in the surrounding area as well. The place was spotless and nice and quiet. They even provided a cute pack n play and a few toys as we were traveling with our 5 month old. We will definitely try and stay again when we’re back in the area.

Great place to stay, very clean, located in a small town. We took advantage of the bikes and love riding around in the neighborhood. Neighbor came to the car when we first got there and kind of scared us but other than that it was a great place to stay. Only 30 minutes from Niagara Falls.

We have stayed here before and again it was a great experience. Clean, tidy and worth the value. We will be returning again in the future.

This place was just perfect. It is clear that the owners want their guests to be comfortable and happy. They thought of everything we might need and provided it - I wish all airbnbs could be like this. The beds were fantastic and everything was spotless, showers and towels were great too. We also found a decent laundromat nearby when we finally ran out of clean clothes. Also, the space was very close to the falls and all activities. We would definitely stay here again, thank you so much!!

This is a terrific Airbnb situated minutes away from all the touristy destinations near Niagara Falls. Super clean and comfy — highly recommend!

Our stay at Jon's place went exceptionally well. He provided plenty of good advice ahead of time and was very thorough in all his communication. Gave great recommendations for things to do, bars and restaurants, etc. We really appreciated his upfront communication, and he was always available when/if we needed anything. Location is quiet, away from the tourist area but close enough to drive to the attractions so a vehicle is recommended. Easy free parking onsite. Super clean unit has most of what you need except for a dishwasher and laundry however we used a public laundromat called Casino Coin during our week stay (avoid the closer one called Suds). The additional half bath was invaluable as was the sofa bed in the living room. Appreciated the availability of a Brita water filter, many K-pods for the Keurig, the non-teflon pans and the bottle of wine gifted. There’s a great local market called Lococo’s a few minutes walk away with the freshest meats, veggies and fruits. We felt safe in this area just down the road from the Great Wolf Lodge. Responsive owner / manager. I recommend this Airbnb.

This was my first ever Airbnb booking and all I can hope is every experience is as amazing as this one was! We came to Buffalo for a concert for my daughter’s birthday and she and her friends took more pics in the condo than at the concert. The space is spotless and crazy gorgeous. Christopher was so helpful and responsive and definitely made the whole process easy and absolutely flawless. Isis at the front desk was beyond sweet and was the cherry on top of the visit. My husband and I are already looking at another date to come and stay again just the two of us! Thank you so much!!

Stayed here for a night before a wedding. Had some complications that were out of the hosts control and happened last minute. They worked with us on a solution and didn't cancel on us last minute. Overall happy.

Stefano’s place was perfect for our needs with two separate bedrooms so our two year old could have his own room - hard to find for an affordable price in Niagara Falls! A 4 minute drive from the heart of the action and in a quiet area which was great. Stefano was very responsive and helpful. The place was super cute and has everything you need, even Netflix :) The place was clean, nice bathrooms and well appointed kitchen. Would stay again!
