Holiday rentals with beach access in Wellington City

Homely apartment with everything you need. Had a lovely 7 stay at Rhys's apartment it was the perfect home away from home. The location so close to the city with all Major shops & attractions were within walking distance which made exploring the city really easy. The apartment is spacious, bright, as described and shown in photos. Bed was extremely comfortable. Check-in was effortless. Rhys the host available and easy to communicate with. This is my 2nd time staying at Emily’s, I love it. It feels like you’ve just returned home with all the homely touches. Close to the city and all the amazing cafes. It is an old building with all of the old charm.

Absolutely beautiful place: well designed, spotless, and comfortable, with a stunning view over Wellington harbor. The funicular access adds a bit of magic to the experience. Lovely, simple breakfast left for us. The location is perfect—a short walk from Wellington’s central business district. Loved our stay here.

Had an excellent 1-week stay here with my partner and young baby. Apartment was immaculately cleaned, furnishings were modern and in great condition. Cosy and warm despite the wild weather. Having three sleeping areas to choose from meant we could pick one on the quiet side of the building when the wind was getting strong. Kitchen/dining amenities were very complete and enjoyable to cook with. The owner's list of local recommendations is really fun and captures the spirit of life in Wellington.

We had a wonderful weekend with family, staying at Julie’s house. There were 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 with great views. Everything was really clean and spacious, the kitchen was well equipped, and we had lots of instructions. Julie communicated well before our check in. Parking directly opposite was a bonus. For anyone with mobility issues, just be aware that there are steps up to the entrance, and living / sleeping is on 2 floors.

Jeremy’s place was nice and peaceful easy to find. Cosy and had everything we needed. Rooms were immaculately clean and house was nice and warm. Quiet neighbourhood and close to the beach. Good views from the house. Jeremy always responded to our messages and was very helpful. Close to Wellington city and airport. We would definitely come back and stay in his beautiful home. Siammone’s property was in a great location to walk to the beach and to shops and restaurants. The road is not busy and there is plenty of parking. The house is clean, tidy and homelike with everything you need. The fire was wonderful and made it cozy when cooler. Siammone is a perfect host - very helpful in all ways including supplying anything we needed, providing flexibility and extremely friendly and welcoming. Thank you ! I highly recommend this wonderful place and it suited our family with small children.

We had a great stay here. The house is lovely and has great views over the water. We had our own car and access to all parts of Wellington was easy. We’re quite a bit fitter for the walk up the stairs each day, but the cable car access is great also.

Beautiful place! Very close to the airport and located in a beautiful neighborhood close to the beach. The view was spectacular. All necessary amenities were provided. Would definitely recommend this listing to others

Carolyn is a fabulous host and her home is incredible! We had a large group of 11 adults and 5 children stay and the home was absolutely perfect. The house has absolutely everything you need and that view is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was a simply marvellous spot to stay! Fantastic location in a very secure location. I could easily walk to the grocery store, the waterfront, Te Papa museum and many other attractions. The apartment was spotless and equipped with everything I could imagine needing Llane was very responsive to questions and proactive with notices. I wish she owned a spot in every place on my bucket list!

This apartment was amazing & met my expectations & more The views were incredible Easy beautiful walk along the waterfront to restaurants & bars but if you choose to Uber then it was only $9 Easy self check in with lockbox We managed to get a free Carpark outside the apartment block so no problems there . Thank you Craig , hopefully we will be back soon

The best deal for being comfortable and not cramped right in the heart of the city. The views both to the harbour and Mount Victoria are just beautiful and the perfect tonic sitting in the comfy lounger at the end of the day. Super easy instructions and both Carolyn and Aarti quick to respond to any queries. Also an extra layer of glazing in the master bedroom to keep out the city noises during the night. Friendly neighbours in the building make it a very safe space too. I would gladly return!

Perfectly located, walking distance to Mount Victoria, the water front, Te Papa museum and city center. Bus straight from the airport (if you're flying like me) will leave you just 5 min away from Donna's house. House/apartment located in a little alley way so private and quiet enough. Comfortable (amazing bed) and cozy space. Donna is very friendly as well as discreet, she's available if you need anything but the ground floor is pretty much to yourself and will feel like you have your own space. I highly recommend 🙂.
