Waterfront holiday rentals in Wellington City

Homely apartment with everything you need. Had a lovely 7 stay at Rhys's apartment it was the perfect home away from home. The location so close to the city with all Major shops & attractions were within walking distance which made exploring the city really easy. The apartment is spacious, bright, as described and shown in photos. Bed was extremely comfortable. Check-in was effortless. Rhys the host available and easy to communicate with. Sally provided a place that exceeded our expectations. we had an absolutely wonderful time and can't fault her. As a Wellington resident for 14 years who booked it for his parents while they were travelling I can't recommend this enough. loved our few days in Eastbourne. beds were very comfortable, and the place was so clean.

The guys were lovely and helpful. My friend and I were on different flights and she had fallen asleep when I arrived. They came out after midnight to help me get inside which is hugely appreciated. The apartment is clean and well stocked, they checked in if we needed anything, which was appreciated. Lots of blankets which is perfect for a winter evening. They also kindly let us check out late. definitely would book again.

Maria is so lovely! We had many good chats over tea. Maria has a beautiful energy and enthusiasm about her. She loves hosting, so you always feel very welcomed. She will look after you and make sure you are settling in. I am a very light and difficult sleeper, and I slept so well at Maria’s place! It was just like home. The bed is super comfy

Beautiful and comfortable accommodations. It was nice to have covered (and secured) parking but it is tight. Definitely a challenge to park a big vehicle but they offered an alternative if the vehicle didn’t fit which was really nice.

We had a wonderful weekend with family, staying at Julie’s house. There were 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 with great views. Everything was really clean and spacious, the kitchen was well equipped, and we had lots of instructions. Julie communicated well before our check in. Parking directly opposite was a bonus. For anyone with mobility issues, just be aware that there are steps up to the entrance, and living / sleeping is on 2 floors.

I booked at the very last minute at 6:30pm on the night and the host responded so quickly. I am so grateful because this old house is very unique with plenty of history. Awesome views that you never get tired of. Walking distance to every where. Be aware there are a lot of stairs to get to the property and bedrooms rooms up on 2nd level so if you have old or bad legs this could be a problem. Not a problem for me at all though & I am nearly 60. Thanks for a great stay and sharing your family home with me.

We loved our time here. Beautiful waterfront location, bountiful back garden, comfy beds, and generously equipped, for a family of 5 to have an enjoyable stay.

Apart from parking at the property and the road itself was tight. was an awesome house great views. Was great & quick response from owner as we booked at last minute. We will be back.

OUTSTADNIG!!!!! We had a fantastic stay at Jodi's house, it actually felt like home the moment we entered. absolutely clean, neat, and has all that you need. as the area was hit by a storm, Jodi was kind enough to send her family members to wash off all the windows for us to enjoy the ocean view, and the sunsets every day! Thanks again Jodi. If I could give Jodi's place above 5 stars I surely will, it was one of the best stays we ever had on Airbnb. the location is also a plus, overlooking the ocean with some walkable cafes, restaurants, and many other things to do. Would surely come back again for our future trips to Wellington.

We’ve stayed at a lot of wonderful places in our many travels around the world and this place is at the very top of the list! We have never stayed at any location more beautiful nor more secluded nor more welcoming. Champagne on arrival and continental breakfast and fixings in the fridge and in the cabinet. The house is incredible and the hospitality is outstanding. Would highly recommend getting a chef’s dinner as it was remarkable and delicious particularly when paired with Man of War wine. Definitely take the morning walk and take full advantage of the bathtub. We had a bath every single night as the stars appeared in the sky, and it was the most romantic and wonderful thing I think either one of us can remember. In addition to all of that wonderful playlists were available for music and such a beautifully appointed home with comfortable beds (Nothing else to say really other than we really hope to come back someday soon and experience the treasure once again!).

Beautiful place! Very close to the airport and located in a beautiful neighborhood close to the beach. The view was spectacular. All necessary amenities were provided. Would definitely recommend this listing to others

This was a simply marvellous spot to stay! Fantastic location in a very secure location. I could easily walk to the grocery store, the waterfront, Te Papa museum and many other attractions. The apartment was spotless and equipped with everything I could imagine needing Llane was very responsive to questions and proactive with notices. I wish she owned a spot in every place on my bucket list!

This apartment was amazing & met my expectations & more The views were incredible Easy beautiful walk along the waterfront to restaurants & bars but if you choose to Uber then it was only $9 Easy self check in with lockbox We managed to get a free Carpark outside the apartment block so no problems there . Thank you Craig , hopefully we will be back soon

The best deal for being comfortable and not cramped right in the heart of the city. The views both to the harbour and Mount Victoria are just beautiful and the perfect tonic sitting in the comfy lounger at the end of the day. Super easy instructions and both Carolyn and Aarti quick to respond to any queries. Also an extra layer of glazing in the master bedroom to keep out the city noises during the night. Friendly neighbours in the building make it a very safe space too. I would gladly return!
