I'm an architect, and originally designed the studio as a workspace at the rear of our home for my photographer husband, Ian. We've recently converted it to a self-contained dwelling, so we can share what we love about the city. Cafes, shops & restaurants, walks around the harbour & hills - It's all within easy reach, or just sit back & relax.

Our unique village hosts Wellington's best bakery and Chocolatier! Grab a bite and a beverage here or jump on a bus heading into the city.

Welcome to your own private retreat, nestled in the Wadestown suburb close to Wellington city. This brand new spa guesthouse is fully self contained with bathroom, open plan kitchen, washhouse, lounge with wifi, smart tv, queen bed and for a touch of 5 star living - nestled under cover with skylights, is your own private spa. Your home away from home is a 5 minute taxi or bus ride or a 30 minute walk to the Wellington CBD and the main sports and event stadiums. Parking is on the street.

Ngaio two bedroom, small, quiet and close to city

Small (75sqm) unit in very quiet neighbourhood available. Close to Ngaio train station, this cosy home is only 10 minutes into the central train station and Wellington Regional Stadium. We understand the new GST policy was implemented since April 2024 for all New Zealand Airbnb. This means our guests will have to pay 15% GST on top of the costs. Self-contained Studio-Wadestown

Newly built downstairs self-contained studio unit in a century old Wadestown bungalow. A complimentary continental breakfast is provided. Unit has a separate entrance, and guests are welcome to share the deck and garden areas set amongst the bushclad hills. Centrally located being a 25-minute walk or less than 10-minute bus ride to the city and Sky Stadium. Bus stop at the gate. Approximately a 10-minute car ride to the ferry terminals. Free on street parking.

A perfect spot to stay for bush-walkers and mountain bikers or for sport or music fans in Wellington for a game or a concert. You’ll see tui and kereru and hear ruru at night. Otari Wilton Bush is over the road, Zealandia 2km away, and it’s a 10-min drive to Makara Peak. You've got a dedicated off road car park and you're 30 metres from a bus that runs at least every 30 minutes every day. You can cook, do laundry, and iron if you want to.
