The 70 m² apartment is located on the ground floor in a quiet, idyllic location on our three-sided courtyard. From the living room you enter the terrace. You can hike through the vineyards in 15 minutes and reach the Seußlitzer Schloß. The Elbe Cycle Path is only 400 m away from us. Parking for cars as well as the use of 2 bicycles are free of charge. This also applies to the storage of your bikes and the associated charging station. Moritzburg, Meissen and Dresden are great places to visit.

Our modern furnished apartment is located in the old town directly opposite the Rossmann drugstore. From the apartment you can look at the beautiful Triebisch (river) and is very quiet despite the central location. In the immediate vicinity, all the sights in the city can be reached on foot. The S-Bahn station Altstadt is 5 minutes away. Parking in front of the door is subject to a charge of €5 per day, but if you drive 500 m further, it is free of charge.

Enjoy your time off at this peaceful and centrally-located private place. The apartment is located in the heart of Lübbenau's old town. Within walking distance of the central harbor, where boat rides, gastronomy, boat rentals and shopping await you. The modern, newly renovated apartment is accessible through a separate entrance. The cozily furnished apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. An anteroom offers the possibility of storing street clothes and shoes. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

Our apartment is in the beautiful small town of Radeberg, in close proximity to Dresden. Public transport, such as train and bus, are within walking distance and take you directly to the old, Baroque city center of Dresden with its historical sights, but also to Saxon Switzerland, Moritzburg or one of the many other highlights in the area. Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.

The Koboldhütte is a modern renovated apartment in a house from 1750. The ceiling height is, as was customary at the time, about 2 meters! If you have any questions, queries or requests, please do not hesitate to contact us personally. We live on the same property. Our front door is under the rear balcony.
