In the historic ambience of our listed patrician house, we lovingly furnished a cozy apartment in 2020. Although centrally located, you are accommodated in the building, thanks to 80 cm masonry and modern technology, in a totally quiet and relaxing manner. The special flair of the old awaits you, combined with modern comforts. Here you can feel comfortable! From the chair you have a view of the Bilstein Castle, which is only 200 m away and illuminated in the evening.

The minimalist design makes the apartment a place of rest. Forest and meadow border the small mountain village and give the feeling of being surrounded by nature. Our nearby “Windbusch” - the local “mountain” - offers one of the distant views for which our area is so much appreciated. From up here you can't see Cologne Cathedral, but at least the Siebengebirge. The proximity to Cologne makes our village particularly attractive, as the city is only 30 km away.

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Wenn du also Teilweise von dort aus arbeiten musst und dich gerne in der Natur aufhältst, dann bist du hier richtig aufgehoben. Natürlich eignet sich die Wohnung aber auch um dich zu erholen und einfach ein bisschen Dorfromantik zu genießen.
