Die Wohnung wurde 2023 neu renoviert/saniert. Früher war das Denkmalgeschütze Gebäude ein Pferdestall. Dadurch hat das Gebäude einen ganz besonderen Charme. Unser alter Bauernhof ist sehr ruhig. Man hat die Möglichkeit direkt am See spazieren zu gehen oder im Wald ein bisschen frische Luft zu schnappen. Ein Spielplatz für die Kinder ist auch da. Unsere Lage ist ideal gelegen. Beautiful log cabin 400m away (approx. 7 minutes on foot) from Lake Bernstein. Very quiet location surrounded with trees and beautiful small holiday homes. The garden is overgrown with plants so that it cannot be seen in from outside and is exclusively available. A Gasgrill and fireplaces both inside and outside with wood is included. Whirlpool (75€ / stay; April-Oct.) and sauna (25€ for / night; all year) can be booked for additional cost. A Carport for one car (up to 2 m high) is available.

Small cozy place with separate entrance

The vacation room (7 square meters) has a separate entrance and impresses with cozy comfort. Despite the very small size, everything you need to relax is there. The sofa is single bed size and can be pulled out to double the width. Opposite is a dining area, a flat-screen TV and access to the daylight bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a small mini-kitchen in the bathroom. There is an electric hotplate, as well as pots, crockery and cutlery.

Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

Our cozy farmhouse is located in Zeetze, a picturesque village in the district of Lüneburg in the Elbe valley. Lüneburg with its historic old town is about 30 minutes away by car, Hamburg about 45 minutes. The house has direct views and access to the lake. Peace and relaxation are guaranteed as well as unforgettable nature experiences. We generate electricity and hot water with a photovoltaic system in heating with renewable raw materials.

The accommodation offers you upscale furnishings with a fitted kitchen and everything you need to live and relax. TV with Netflix and Prime Video and Wi-Fi are available. The apartment is located in a bungalow directly on a huge forest that invites you to take a walk. The travel time to the city or the VW plant is less than 10 minutes. Located in a small village in the Elbtalaue Biosphere Reserve, not far from the Elbe bike hiking trail near Dömitz with cafes, restaurants and shopping. A pretty lake is about 1km. The area is rural and quiet. This also means romantically mowing cows and some insects (mosquito net above the bed is available).
