Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The 13 sqm dining kitchen allows preparation and consumption of breakfast and other meals. The bathroom includes a bath, shower, toilet and sink. Enjoy summer evenings and sunsets on your sun terrace equipped with table and chairs.

The entire residential complex was only completed in April 2020 and has a small playground in the courtyard. The bright and friendly apartment is very cozily furnished, so you can feel right at home. Dort befinden sich Bäcker, Gastronomie und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein Hallenbad und eine Naturbadesee mit Seeterasse befinden sich im Ort. Nach Würzburg, Bad Kissingen oder Schweinfurt sind es ca. 25 km.
