North Sea air and sauna! Our detached vacation home "Dat Melkhus" was built in 1870 and is located in a small settlement with a quiet neighborhood. Here, at the turn of the century, butter was made by hand for the surrounding communities. Today, the once small house has been expanded to 140 square meters of living space and has been lovingly renovated by us since 2022. The accommodation is part of our Quellental forest estate in Odderade, Dithmarschen district and is located in the middle of a forest clearing, nestled in a picturesque pond area. Our forestry operation is part of the largest forest area on the North Sea coast, the Riesewohld. Here, 700 hectares of partly uncultivated, natural forest invite you to linger and explore.

Arrive & feel good, that's what the completely renovated and newly furnished Alte Sattlerei vacation home stands for. Our cottage has 3 bedrooms, two of which are furnished with double beds measuring 180 × 200 or 160 × 200. The third room serves as a children's room, which has two single beds measuring 90 × 180.
