Holiday rentals with a patio in West Devon District

We really enjoyed our stay at Caroline's annex. Cosy place in a great location. Great for our dogs. Caroline is a great host and we would love to visit again.

Lovely, clean, warm and comfortable with everything you could wish for. Dan was very accommodating, and quick to answer questions. Very happy.

The garden studio was perfect for a quiet long weekend exploring Devon, and Patricia’s walled garden was a delight to wake up to and come home to everyday. She kindly provided milk, bread, fruit and yoghurt, and gave great recommendations for places to eat and drink. We felt truly looked after and will be sure to return in the future 🌺

A fabulous and immaculate place to stay, with top quality comfort and space, in a beautiful countryside setting on the edge of the village. The apartment is very well equipped. We loved the bathroom's luxurious rain forest shower and the heated towel rail, so handy for airing beach towels on! Extremely comfortable super king size bed. We enjoyed using the small private garden, to have breakfast outside on hot sunny mornings, with lovely views over neighbouring fields. It's an excellent base for exploring the beautiful beaches and villages in the South Hams, being near to Dartmouth, Salcombe, Totnes and Plymouth. Caution is advised if you're unfamiliar with Devon's narrow and windy country roads on the approach to the village, or anywhere in Devon, as the roads are significantly busy and there is alot of giving way necessary and a good amount of patience required! There are some sharp speed bumps within the village! Chris and his wife are excellent hosts, welcoming and friendly.

Kerry and Chris were always responsive and helpful. Their place is one of the larger units I’ve stayed in and has plenty of space for a couple family. Good outside area and plenty of parking. Would book again

Charming use of space. Thoughtful amenities: fresh flowers, green plants, tourist brochures, tiny interior patio, fresh brownies, quiet, easy walking distance to St. David’s train station. and town. Responsive nearby assistant ,Astrid . Homey atmosphere complete with Alexa playing classical music upon our arrival.

We were visiting relatives and this is the third time we have stayed at Hannah's cottage. Hopefully, we will return again.

We loved the Old Byre as soon as we arrived. The location was superb for exploring the moors and places to eat. The cottage was perfect in terms of size, cleanliness, facilities, and beautiful garden views from the patio. It is dark and quiet at night too, so great for a good nights sleep! Being able to use the paddock to walk our dog first thing and in the evening was ideal. The hosts, including their gorgeous dog Harley, gave us the warmest of welcomes whilst leaving us to enjoy the peace and tranquility. Thank you for a really lovely few days, we’ll definitely be re-booking!

This place is a beautiful home with a nice private backyard and very modern interior. The dog from the owner came over every day which was very nice for our kids. We arrived very late but everything was great from the beginning. On the first morning we received freshly baked bread from the owner. Within 30 minutes of driving there are lots of things to do. You can experience Cornwall including beautiful beaches but also relax in the house including a nice fireplace. Absolutely recommend this place!!!

I was staying for work purposes so cannot comment on what there is to do nearby etc, there is a cafe directly opposite unfortunately I was unable to try it as I was setting out before they opened and I only got back once when they were still open but only 10 minutes before they closed lol. Tim's place is like the photos, it was very warm weather and whilst the porch got hot inside stayed cool which was appreciated :). Tea and Coffee with a small amount of milk was provided, which after a long drive was appreciated. A thick folder is provided with lots of local information. WiFi was great which I needed for work purposes, the shower was great and the bed was very comfy which my back can cause issues but not here, there were even sensor lights in the bedroom and hall which came on with movement which helps when it's not your home lol (I have learnt this and bring my own which I did not need to use). I would recommend and I hope to stay again when next working in the area.

This barn was amazing eveything you needed was supplied The garden was fully secure so my dogs loved it, Noel gave us some brilliant recommendations to eat out , local amenities , take aways The hosts were amazing , left us & the dogs lots off treats which we really enjoyed We will be back again next year Thank you again for making our holiday one to remember From Jemma, Clynt , Eric & Luna 🐾🐾

Gorgeous to be in such a special quiet space. Feels properly like a little piece of a time gone by, but with all the comfort of the modern world. We loved it.

We loved our stay at Moira's place - beautiful location and super close to Brixham centre. The house has everything you need, the kitchen in particular is well equipped. We enjoyed our breakfast, lunch and dinners outside. Would definitely like to come and visit again!

An immaculately presented apartment and attentive yet not intrusive host. Everything was paid perfect attention to, family friendly yet modern, clean and cared for. In walking distance to everything in Plymouth, parking on the doorstep. It’s rare to find an air bnb that goes above and beyond but we truly felt like this one did. We would highly recommend.

Di was a great host, there were little extras in the flat that were very welcome, we could have checked in early if the M5 had behaved itself! The accomodation was really clean, comfortable and quiet with the offroad parking a bonus. Thankyou very much Di.

Diana is the best host — a true gem, which is rare these days! The place was spotlessly clean, tidy, and incredibly pleasant. I was welcomed with beautiful fresh flowers, toiletries, milk, and coffee — such thoughtful touches that made the stay even more special. The location is fantastic and conveniently close to shops. Great central location — right on the Hoe and just a short walk to the Barbican, where there are plenty of lovely restaurants and pubs to enjoy. The flat itself is modern, clean, and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Check-in was really easy and hassle-free. Would definitely recommend!

A beautiful ground floor apartment in a great location for the sea and local amenities. Everything was presented beautifully and everything you could need was supplied.
