The area and surroundings around the tents was beautiful and there was lots nearby to visit. The bathrooms and toilets were really clean and the host Faith was really helpful and friendly as were all the staff. The bar was really interesting to visit on the weekend. We had a lovely stay, thank you

Poppy the Bell Tent at Mena Farm, Cornwall

CelesteRating, 5 stars24 months ago
Wow! What an amazing place you guys have. Our first get-away with our little boy (8 mos) as we went to an Eden Session and decided to make a weekend of it. We arrived on Friday and our hosts were welcoming, friendly and so helpful. We settled into our beautifully clean and spacious bell tent ‘Poppy’ before heading out to the Eden Project, approximately 10 mins drive. The loos and showers were clean and tidy, the little shop on site was well stocked and our little boy loved looking at the pigs and wondering down to the pond at the bottom of the meadow. The views are beautiful!! And if we had stayed longer we would have certainly wondered around the local area a little bit more as Ali recommended some nice local walks. On Sat evening a fab little food and drink van arrived on site and we enjoyed watching the sun set with a delicious cocktail. I can’t say enough about this place and we are already looking at when we can return! Family friendly, great location, wonderful hosts!

Daisy the Bell Tent at Mena Farm, Cornwall

NicolaRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Ali accommodated us last minute and she was really helpful! I was travelling with 2 children, 12 and 10, and they loved ‘glamping’; Ali provided us with some kit to make a fire in the fire pit, which just added to the experience. She was also really helpful with suggestions on where to eat. My daughter’s asked me to add that she loved the chickens and pigs!

Meadow View Bell Tent

EmmaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a fantastic stay at Sophie’s peaceful glamping place. With only four holiday lets, it felt beautifully quiet and relaxing. The fishing was a real highlight, my husband caught 50+ fish in three days, including a personal best of 16lb carp. We loved the beautiful bell tent, it was already set up, and spotlessly clean, with comfy beds, duvets, pillows, and all bedding and towels provided. The facilities block was clean and smart and the showers were warm. West Bay and the Eype–Seatown coastal walk was beautiful with stunning views. A few small touches would have made it even better: towel hooks by the sinks for teeth brushing, an extra pillow per person, slightly larger towels, a bench in both showers and some non-metal crockery for the microwave. But overall, this was one of the most peaceful, enjoyable breaks ever. We came home feeling rested and happy, wishing we could have stayed longer. We’d recommend it and we hope to return with friends in the summer.

Kingfisher - Lakeside Glamping

RebeccaRating, 5 stars9 months ago
This is by far the nicest site i have ever stayed at, everything is very well maintained and the effort doesnt go unnoticed. Everyone was so friendly and made us feel at home. We arrived early and although the tent wasnt ready we could still drop some of our stuff off which was really helpful as the car was full! The tent itself was so cosy and welcoming, the grounds are beautiful and the toilets and showers are the cleanest i have ever seen at an off grid campsite. We will definitely be back next year for a longer stay. Thank you so much for having us. 😊

Bell Tent on the Mendips with stunning view

KarenRating, 5 stars3 days ago
We had a wonderful stay with Bridget and Mark. A relaxing and rejuvenating weekend away which we both needed very much. The views are absolutely amazing whether you're inside the tent or while sitting on the deck enjoying the fire and watching the sunset. It's equally lovely from the kitchen window and also on the walk up to the toilet. The outside shower is a real treat with the best view ever. We were completely mesmerised watching a barn owl swooping over the field both evenings of our weekend. The bell tent is very comfortably equipped and we felt very much at home, welcomed to our accommodation with fresh wild flowers in vases on the nightstands and a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us in the coolbox. The kitchen is very well equipped. Using a compost toilet was a first for us and not unpleasant to use at all. The last few metres of road is stoney so don't worry you've gone astray like we did when you come to it. Lovely, friendly and helpful hosts. A treasure of a place.

It was our first experience of ‘Glamping’ and Caroline’s place was great. The location was close to everywhere but equally remote enough to enjoy the piece and quiet of the countryside. We would certainly consider coming back in the future.

Oak tree Nook

CatrinaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Pennys campsite was everything & more . it was very rustic. Penny has thought of everything. the rope swings kept the children entertained for hours along with the hammocks and the stream. Beautiful location. Wonderful dark skies, stars looked incredible. Loved the sound of the owls at night. We had heavy rain the first night however we were cosy with the Woodstove and the tent stayed dry. Penny supplied us with extra blankets and smaller wood pieces for the wood stove to ensure our comfort. Penny has put her heart & soul into the campsite. The outdoor shower was very refreshing. plenty of privacy and space between tents. Penny also helped will all our stuff from the car to campsite. The ancient wood was beautiful to walk through too. Oh and the pizza oven was ace. authentically cooked pizza. delicious

Primrose Farm, Glamping With hot Tub - Bluebell

KristianRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Our stay was great. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and well provisioned. Plenty of wood for the fire and spare butane for the gas stoves. The hot-tub was warm and ready to go on arrival. The accommodation was lovely and spacious, shower room was clean and easily operated. USB sockets beside the bed were a blessing. The entrance to the site was clear and well signed. The parking at the accommodation had more than enough room for several cars. Stephen met us on arrival and gave us a very warm welcome and tour of the facilities. A lovely weekend and a wonderful location.

Camping Pitch with Tent Provided

LucyRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Where do we begin?! Beautiful location and campsite. Darryl and Claire were fantastic hosts, welcoming and kind. They had plenty of recommendations for us for days out/restaurants. Anything you needed they were quick to help out. The campsite was lush! Surrounded by beautiful woodlands and a short walk to St Agnes. They had all the amenities you could need, the kitchen was a great size and well stocked with tea/coffee and essentials. The shower/toilet facilities were spotless! Hot shower and perfect for what we needed camping. We met Beau and Belle their gorgeous doggies! Everything was exactly as described. They both went above and beyond for us and we couldn’t have wanted anymore. The campsite is beautiful in the day and is magical at night. Their location was great, there is a bus stop right outside, a pub next door which were given some money off vouchers for and a short drive/bus journey to Falmouth/newquay and surrounding towns and villages. Just perfect! Thankyou x

Private Bell Plus with Wood Fired Hot Tub

SimonRating, 5 stars21 months ago
What an incredible stay we had at Morwenna’s bell tent. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home and able to fully relax into our beautiful surroundings. The hosts were attentive and proactive, ensuring our hot tub was hot on arrival and answering any queries we had straight away. The bell tent is clean, nicely decorated and spacious. The bed gave us one of the most comfiest sleeps we’ve had in a long time. We enjoyed feeling away from the hustle and bustle, which was helped by the peaceful set up that was fully equipped with everything we needed. One of our personal highlights were the lovely animals - particularly Daffers the dog. On the Saturday night, we were lucky to have a clear sky. Whilst in the hot tub, we were able to see an incredible amount of stars, which really topped off our experience. We cannot recommend this air b and b enough and would definitely return. Thanks Morwenna and family for making us so comfortable.

Dragonfly Safari Tent

MeganRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Our family loved our stay at the Dragonfly tent. It was very cosy and warm with the log burner. Our children were able to run around the open field safely flying their kites, swinging in the hammock and on the swing on the tree. Although it was dog friendly we were also really happy there wasn’t any dog fouling in the field to have to try to avoid or remove (very clean field). It was a great place for multi generational families with so much to do in the area and surrounding areas. Rosie was super responsive and quick, we ended up staying most of our last day at the tent and were running low on wood, but her and Simon delivered wood within a hour of me message and even unloaded it for us. Great little half term holiday

We had a wonderful stay at Margaret & Colin’s safari tent! It had everything we needed, it was so spacious and cosy at the same time. The hot tub was amazing and the games area went down a treat with our little one! Very peaceful location with stunning views! The home made scones on arrival were a lovely touch, (and delicious). We hope to be back!

Glamping Tent, unique experience at Treleigh farm.

RyanRating, 5 stars12 months ago
We went glamping for the first time & it was a wonderful experience. The inside was very cosy and we had more than ample private space outside for the dog to (constantly) run & play. Gail is extremely welcoming, friendly & highly thoughtful. She made the experience perfect. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you!
