Holiday rentals with a pool in West Devon District

The lodge was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is great for exploring the whole area. Helen was flexible with arrival and check in which made the holiday less stressful with small kids! Brixham is a lovely town to stay. The site would benefit from the new clubhouse pool & bar which was opening imminently, which we missed.

A lovely lodge in a small holiday park, the pool was an added bonus (outside and unheated but nice for a quick dip!)

We had a phenomenal time! The whole house was spotless and the kitchen was so well equipped. We cooked all meals at home and had lovely dinners outside. The garden is absolutely stunning and a dip in the pond was a great thing to do every morning. Thank you so much Ian, we hope to come back again!

My friends and I stayed at Louise’s place for a long weekend, and it was a wonderful time. The house fit 11 adults no problem. Lovely and quiet, the pool was so much fun, and we made good use of the fire pit to have s’mores. Harry gave us a tour of the dairy farm & beehives, & let us see the calves which was lovely. Louise was a fab host, very good communicator and always at hand if needed. Great stay overall!

We loved staying at the Coach house it was just as in the pictures, and clean/comfortable with many mod cons. The Cream tea provided was delicious and the milk from the Milkiosk was fun/special. Our spaniel loved the field to run round in, although he was a bit naughty on occasion straying with the excitement. The pool is heaven, especialy as it is timetabled per unit meaning we had it all to ourselves for our turns (what a great idea). Just a great location with some lovely beaches and walks along the coastline. We loved it so much we have already booked again for next year.

Lovely secluded spot in Cornwall, easy driving to National Trust, beaches, and other walks. Well kitted out for young children too. Sally was really helpful whenever I communicated with her, would definitely stay again.

Beautiful setting, remote and good amenities. All details are clearly listed ahead of time which helps to know what is available and what should be brought along for the stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Peartree. Selina is a warm, gracious host and she gave us lots of useful tips in restaurants and sights to explore. The house is newly renovated, spotless and set in a breathtaking field of oats. We highly recommend this home and host. We'll definitely be back with family and friends.

A beautiful apartment! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed everything was. The space felt both cozy and luxurious, with tasteful decor, beautiful sea view, and all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect and nice having the hotel next door. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. This place felt like a home away from home, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended! 4o iful apartment

We really enjoyed our stay at Thurlstone. The apartment was ideally located on the beach making it easy for easy beach fun for the kids. They went rockpooling, swimming and made sandcastles every day. We enjoyed the views of the sunset while having dinner and drinks on the balcony. The flat was bright and spacious. We felt safe and had a comfortable stay with everything that a family of five would need. Our host was responsive, accommodating and friendly. We would stay again in a heartbeat :)

We’ve just got back from a wonderful week at Nicki’s beautiful apartment. The views were incredible! Our boys loved watching the sea tractor going back and forth from Burgh Island, and letting us know when the tide was out and the Beach Barista was there! There was something incredibly magical looking out to Burgh Island, and we miss those views already! The apartment was beautifully presented and furnished to a very high standard. The whole set up is fantastic, and it was an added bonus to have dedicated use of the pool, gym and Deck restaurant. Thanks for sharing your gorgeous home with us. We’d love to return! Wonderful apartment (bigger than expected from the photos), in a fantastic location! Great communication from point of booking, and right through to our entire stay. Will definitely visit again!

This is the second year we’ve stayed here and we can’t wait to visit again. The apartment is a perfect visiting the surrounding towns and beaches. South Milton beach is literally on your doorstep with great access to the south west coastal path. The outdoor heated pool was lovely for days when the sea was just a little bit too cold and the balconies were ideal for the amazing sunsets.

The cottage and location were just perfect for us with a great mixture of peaceful countryside surroundings, pool, games room and easy access to multiple beaches for seaside adventures with our primary aged kids. Judy was very responsive to any questions we had prior to our stay. The cottage is well equipped, comfortable and clean with underfloor heating in the bathroom a bonus!

Lovely stay, beautiful location and access to beach. Spa pass worth the money, note kids can only use pool between 8.30-10 and 4-6 so it got pretty busy at these times!

Great stay, location was great for ease to and from buses and trains, 2 min walk to beach, pool was a nice extra to have and we'll stocked kitchen and bathroom.
