Cottage holiday rentals in West Oxfordshire District

Riverside Cottage was perfect for a restful week away before my operation. The scenery was stunning and the location so peaceful. The dogs were happy as they could could come and go as they pleased as the garden was so secure. Everything you need for a break away was supplied and the host was a message away if you had any queries. The hottub was an added bonus and was made the most of throughout the week!! A most enjoyable break, we will definitely be back

Jenna was so friendly and always on hand if needed. The annex was beautiful. The bed was really comfy and we took advantage of the hot tub which was so relaxing. I had some family visit and they thought it was beautiful and will stay when they come down to visit again. Had some lovely meals in the village pub

Gemma’s place was idyllic. Very clean, in a beautiful part of the country, close to pubs and amenities, easy to find and honestly it was such a gorgeous place to spend a weekend in. Hot tub is amazing! Thanks Gemma

We had a wonderful stay. Lovely comfortable period property with an excellent location. We also booked to use the hot tub and made the most of our bit of luxury in a beautiful garden. Tori, is a great host, very warm, friendly with great communication. Bibury is well worth a visit and lovely to stay in. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home and very hospitable hosts!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house, cozy yet spacious and with an amazing garden. It was the perfect spot to celebrate a birthday, enjoy the sunshine, relax in the hot tub, and gather around the firepit and BBQ. Keith and Jean were very welcoming and kindly showed us around, even though we arrived late. A fantastic place, we highly recommend it!

Cottage is beautiful, very peaceful. Has everything you need and is very clean. Local pub is a short walk with lovely food.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cheryl’s cottage. The photos of the view really didn’t do justice to just how stunning the surroundings were. The house was fully equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The hot tub was amazing - top of the range! Thanks you for a wonderful stay

If you’re looking for a cute and cosy, traditional cottage in the Cotswolds, Judith’s place is perfect. We loved the courtyard garden, open fire and the fact it was nice and clean. Some maybe be put off by a downstairs bathroom But I have to say the shower was super powerful and welcomed after a busy day out and about. Great location for Blenheim Palace and Bicester Village.

Thanks Hamish for the hospitality. Lovely place is a super location. Great with our small dog. Temperature stayed manageable in hottest days of the year. The pub next door is very friendly with lovely food and good beer. We hope to visit again.

Absolute gem of a place in the Cotswolds. Stunning cottage and beautifully maintained which was perfect for our family of five. Victoria was amazing throughout the process and made several extra touches to toast a birthday occasion perfectly. We will 100% be back

A beautiful hidden gem in the Cotswolds countryside! You can get more peaceful and relaxing than this! A lovely cake on arrival, clean fresh bedding and towels. Everything you need in the kitchen. A lovely little courtyard and dog friendly. We had an amazing 2 night stay for my birthday. Finding the games, Scrabble and connect four gave us a few giggles. Lovely walks around the area... I highly recommend this beautiful converted barn / mill house. It has everything you need from toiletries to blankets and fans if it's hot to logs if it's cold. We would be back in a heartbeat 💓 thank you Valerie & Marcus!

We had a lovely 2 nights stay! The property was so lovely, very quiet location. The owners are so kind and friendly! The dogs were also friendly. There wasn’t much around so we did have to drive but only about 10 minutes or so to find somewhere to eat! We both throughly enjoyed our stay.

A fabulous stay in a very well appointed property within a stunning rural area. Angela was a lovely hosting, going above and beyond by organising such gorgeous weather for our stay!

If Amber Cottage is available for your dates do not hesitate and book quickly you will not regret it. Nicala and Steve are exceptional hosts and their adorable cottage is just perfect, from location to the cottage itself everything is 5 star. The walk into the centre of Stow on the Wold is less than 5 minutes if you don’t get distracted. The cottage is very easy to find with the hosts very clear instructions and photos. The cottage itself is spotlessly clean and so comfortable not to mention quiet and private. Perfect base to discover the beautiful Cotswolds and these Australians really hope to come back one day. Brilliant stay, very helpful and communicative host. Perfect location walk for miles right of the door step and set on the edge of a beautiful village. Not a stone left unturned in the property with dishwasher tabs, washing tabs, coffee pods, tea, milk etc all provided. Very happy with our stay in the Cotswolds and will be back.

Staying at Apple Tree Cottage was delightful.. the main bedroom which was the one we slept in was super comfortable, black out Roman blinds at all windows in the bedroom which was great. The shower was also great, to be honest, comfort and a great shower is all that’s needed for a BNB. Would definitely recommend to other guests. Ruth was on site, she was really helpful and friendly.

Bagpuss Cottage was a great place to stay. Beautiful surroundings with regular red kite sightings! Spotlessly clean accommodation and fabulous patio area. Great to meet Julie as well. Excellent.

Imagine “The Holiday” vibes— so cute! So cozy! Right next to an old church and even has a fun hike to an old Roman Villa built in 300 A.D. that you can check out and be amongst the pastoral countryside of England! So quaint and cute and I loved that it was a great location to do the North Cotswold area And the south end…. So it was a little bit in the middle of both and perfect! So peaceful, so beautiful and the beds weren’t too bad either! Big bonus was the parking was plenty and still private !

The cottage was lovely and in a great location. Juliet was really helpful responding to messages quickly and provided top tips on where to eat, a great host. The pub opposite is an added bonus with a fantastic food menu.

We have chosen this location purely to experience countryside lifestyle. The set-up of the house and the appearance made us very comfortable and welcoming. House was well furnished and equipped. Garden was complementing too. All the instructions in the guest book was very clear and useful. There was no need to contact the host to clarify any issues for during entire stay. The prompt responses form the host and her hospitality was great. Very happy to recommend this property and I am happy to book this again.

Had the most lovely stay. Such a special place and village. We met many kind people, ate incredible food, and enjoyed every minute soaking up the scenery. Anne couldn’t have been more kind and considerate. Would recommend the bakery to anyone!

Barry was a wonderful host. Her cottage is absolutely lovely is a very quiet village. The cottage itself feels like new inside even though the decor has keep all the feel of the original cottage. The perfect get-away location and great for visiting the local area....especially Blenheim Palace!

Loved this cozy cottage. Great location to home-base for a few days in the Cotswolds. The church down the block is incredible and there are multiple bakeries, coffee shops just outside the door. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again.
