Ann's place is incredible- stayed for two nights and there is everything you could possibly need or anticipate in the house. We had a great time - the pool and hot tub were very clean and the house was perfect! Ann was extremely responsive and helpful. Would absolutely book again!

We spent 6 days at Rob’s place with our 3 children. The weather was not our friend but the onsite swimming pool meant we still had a fabulous time. The hot tub was a great addition to the property. The cottage had plenty of room for us all & the spa facilities were fantastic. Great location as well, we had a lovely morning wandering around Cirencester. Rob was super helpful. We used 2 of the recommended places to eat & both were fantastic options. Lovely stay!

We had a great stay at the barn, celebrating a big birthday. There were 6 adults staying and we were all extremely comfortable. Mike and Joan were very hospitable, generous and responsive. The barn is as fabulous as the photos suggest. The views are amazing. The pool is wonderful. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. We very much hope to return.

We had a great 4 nights at Lucy’s. The garden is breathtaking, the pool lovely and a short walk takes you to the historic pub (complete with Morris Dancers). Lucy was very welcoming and friendly and the house comfortable and within easy travelling distance of some of the best parts of the Cotswolds. We would love to return. Thanks Lucy!

We had a lovely time at Sarah's place. It's as the photos suggest and is in a very peaceful surrounding. The barn is next to Sarah's family home, but the way it is oriented means you get plenty of privacy. Thank you for letting us in to your home. We all had a lovely quality time with friends.

Ian's place was a perfect spot for our group while attending a local wedding. Very cute and charming, full of all the amenities needed, and a lovely welcome basket was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend booking Ian's place to anybody interested.

Beautiful home! Absolutely loved staying here. The grounds were so gorgeous and the property was 5 star hotel standard. It’s not often that you stay somewhere that the beds are comfier than your own and these were. They had thought of every little detail. Couldn’t recommend more.

Thyme Cottage is a little gem of a place. The pictures really don't do it justice - it is so cute. We stayed here as we had two nights at Nocturne Festival which was just 10 minutes away so super convenient for this. In terms of the house itself its one of the nicest Airbnb i have stayed in, every little detail so well thought through. it was a super hot day when we arrived but the cottage remained cool and Alison even changed the duvet to a lighter tog for us. It was squeaky clean, lovely little touches like super nice bath robes, 100 acres amenities, a beautiful little garden to sit in which we made plenty of use of , bed was super comfortable and parking was right outside. The interior design of the house was second to none, kitchen well stocked and one of the best showers i have encountered in an Airbnb. Alison is an amazing host, gave recommendations and answered as soon as we messaged. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to all prospective new guests. 10/10.

Middle Cottage was perfect for a long weekend away from the city. Interior was as good as Soho House and we loved the artwork and range of books to look through. We enjoyed walks nearby and The Bull pub for dinner one evening- highly recommend!

Clementine Cottage is perfectly located, a short walk to Woodstock or Blenheim Palace, and close to all the delights of the Cotswolds and Oxford. The cottage has been tastefully restored and decorated, with all the facilities for a very comfortable stay. We stayed as four adults and the cottage had everything we needed, clean, well maintained and good value. Nice touches all around made it a home from home feel. We will look to stay again.

I had such a lovely stay at Kieran’s place in Charlbury! Kieran was an incredibly friendly and welcoming host - he went out of his way to recommend some fantastic local spots, which really helped us make the most of our weekend. The house itself is absolutely charming - beautifully kept, full of character, and felt like a real home away from home. It was also great value for money, especially considering the quality of the space and the experience overall. Would absolutely recommend and would love to stay again!

We had the most beautiful and enjoyable stay. In my recent experiences sometimes the pictures are amazing and when you get there it's not quite that good! This however was the other way round. The pictures don't do it justice. It's so lovely and spotlessly clean. communication was very responsive too. Would definitely like to stay again. Thank you Lilli. 😊 x

Great location and very easy to get round the area! Host was helpful, and provided amble information for arrival. Nice and quiet property with more than enough “bits and pieces” to make the staff hassle free. Host left very welcomed hamper for our stay. Ideal for visiting Clarkson’s Farm and pub. Hope to stay again in the near future!

From start to finish, this beautiful property exceeded every expectation. Phoebe was incredibly responsive, helpful and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with everything a guest could need - from quality linens and toiletries to a well-equipped modern kitchen. The location was ideal - peaceful yet convenient to local attractions. Every detail showed a commitment to comfort and hospitality. It truly felt like a home away from home, but with the service and polish of a five-star hotel in the most stunning location and surroundings. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for something a cut above the usual. We would absolutely return without any hesitation. An amazing stay at the Gamekeepers Cottage. The property was very clean, tidy and well kept. It’s ideally situated to reach most popular sights within 20 mins or so in the car. Everything that was written in the description was accurate. The property is very well priced for the location and I will definitely save it for a future visit. The only thing that let it down for us was the cleaning charge. £100 is steep for cleaning but I knew this before booking, so no complaints. Would definitely book again. Thank you!

This place was wonderful! We have stayed in many Airbnbs and this was the cleanest and had the most comfortable beds. The house was very new, clean and walking distance to Blenheim Palace. Vanessa and Dan were instantly responsive and were the best hosts we have encountered. Can’t wait to come back and cannot recommend them enough!

OMG, I don’t have the adjectives to describe this trip! I booked it for myself, my husband and our dog & it was pure perfection. Lesley was helpful as anything, gave a list of local recommendations and the easiest check in/out instructions. It was clean, fresh bedding and location was PERFECT for where we needed (within a half hour drive of all the tourist spots we wanted to visit). Lesley let us bring our dog, left a card for us and a towel/bag of treats for the dog just in case he wanted a swim in the canal. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Amazing host, wonderful location and just 5*s all round from me! Thanks for a wonderful stay Lesley ❤️

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Harland House in Charlbury is an absolute Cotswolds gem. The location cannot be beat and the house is in excellent condition, but it’s the thoughtful touches that make it special. From the umbrellas and basket of slippers waiting at the door to the abundance of cozy hot water bottles and a breathtakingly beautiful garden! The crisp white bedding and fluffy towels add a luxurious touch. Juliet, the host, has truly thought of everything. Do not hesitate to book this property—a perfect stay.
