Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in West Yorkshire

Great place to stay, unfortunately couldn't fully enjoy the room as only booked to attend a festival happening in city. So was more of a bed for the night, but space was very large, open and clean, and would stay again if going to city for a normal trip.

I think the place is very good, the value for money is very good, the receptionist is super nice.

Fab place for a few nights to attend a conference. Matt was incredibly helpful which was much appreciated. Thank you for helping me with finding parking.

Myself and a friend looking for a place to stay while at a day festival in Leeds, Isabel was lovely and friendly. place was really easy to find and perfect for what we needed.

Great place to stay, very easy to reach with with public transport and a great connection to the city center. The members of the Support Team were always quick to answer my questions and were very nice, I would definitely stay here again!

Ben’s communication was fabulous, kept me well informed. The team, reception are great, the room was as expected, perfect location, clean and open at all hours.

I had a lot of moving about and a lot of tasks to get done, but the team was amazing and so helpful in helping me figure out what to do when I needed help and assisted when I really needed it.

It was a good place to stay for the weekend, it wasn’t a 5 star hotel but it was what I thought it was. Jamie in the reception was very nice and helpful and offered to go buy towels for me because I came a bit early and they hadn’t arrived yet. All in all 5/5

Lovely apartment. Great host who was very responsive and accommodating. Location was great for what I needed with shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

An awesome 3 months. There is something so relaxing and comfortable about staying in a well organized and decorated apartment. This had it all plus a guitar. Clutch. Super hosts. Aaron and Stephen became like friends. Location is walkable and bus-able. Everything needed plus a gym is within a 17 minute walk. Super cool nature by the canal with a golf courses is across the street. 15 minute bus to downtown Leeds. Plus Leeds is central to all the northern England sightseeing. Highly recommend.

Aaron is an excellent host. We stayed for a month with our dog. We were made to feel welcome from the start to the end of our visit. The accommodation is great we felt comfortable and relaxed. The location is good for shops, takeaways and not far from the city centre. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Aaron.

Ahmeds place is simply perfect, very quiet and peaceful yet only a short stroll to busier areas. The apartment is fabulous, very modern yet cosy and comfortable. This place i would highly recommend. We are booking again for Autumn as it was fabulous. The host: Ahmed is a fantastic host. He met us at the apartment and gave us the grand tour. Very flexible with check in/out times. On hand any time if you require anything. All in all, we would give this place 10/10

We had the most amazing time in your home Stuart and Angela. ❤️ You made us feel so welcome from the moment we stepped in. The views were breathtaking and the peace and quiet at the cottage was just what we needed. The views of the village, the sun set and the full moon were all beautiful gems we got to experience at Top of t’hill. You really have made it a cosy and comfortable stay, and it was a perfect getaway, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The gym and sauna were great facilities that we benefitted and enjoyed too. Your eco environment friendly home and surroundings was an inspiration to us. Finally, your hospitality and kindness, and lovely chats with us made us feel like old friends! Another wonderful stay at the Nook. As always the apartment was immaculately clean. Stuart and Angela were the ever welcoming hosts. The work that has gone into adding amenities such as the established garden, the new sauna and gym have elevated what was already a 5* stay to another level. It was lovely to sit in the sauna of an evening after a day walking enjoying the view and listening to the birds. The Nook (and the other apartment Top O’Thill) are highly recommended

Spent Christmas at the house and had a great time. Kitchen was well equipped and served us well. The gym and the games room kept us busy and amused. Host was really responsive and helpful. Overall a great place to stay and definitely recommended.

The house was immaculate, the views were fantastic. we had gone for a hen do with the girls and we had fun. we had a meal at curious Fox and the services were very good. The staff in the restraunt were very Friendly. During our visit at Zuha's we were visited by a hen in the garden to crown our hen do xxxx

Overall, my family liked staying here. The location is great, and I think it's a good value for the size and area. It was fairly clean as far as airbnbs go, but the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we got there and the outdoor bins were full which meant that we had to take some of the rubbish with us when we left. Also, it is important to know that some of the amenities listed were not actually available to us. There was no dedicated workspace, grates of the barbecue were rusted through and therefore unusable, and we were asked to not use the tumble dryer and use the drying rack instead. However, once I messaged the owner because our clothes were not drying on the drying rack, she did say we could use the tumble dryer.

Belvedere Farm was truly outstanding. Incredible location and amazing property to stay in. We will 100% stay again
