Dedicated access is via a bi-fold door onto a large patio/garden beyond that guests are welcome to use.

This is truly a hidden gem with rustic features such as exposed beams and brickwork, with walks right on the doorstep whilst at the same time, benefitting from being close to Leeds city centre and a fantastic bus service. The barn has many wow factors such as a stunning home cinema, pool table, dart board and sky TV which includes Sky Sports and movies and there are TVs throughout the barn. There are ceiling speakers in the large open space to help create that perfect environment.

Beautiful country cottage renovated close to Dales

My home is a beautiful country cottage. Full of antiques and oil painting. The entire cottage is to rent with 3 double bedrooms. The bedrooms are sumptuous with top of the range Egyptian bedding feather pillows and feather duvets. There’s one king sized bed . 1 Queen sized bed and 1 double bed. I renovated the place top to bottom a while ago . Guests will have 2 bathrooms. Because it is my home, my belongings are still there. If you like minimalist style my home isn’t for you !
