Monthly Rentals in Westchester Lagoon

My partner and I spent a week at this airbnb and absolutely loved it. The place was spotless, really cute and fully stocked with everything you might need. The construction of the space was also very impressive, everything feels so thought out! Very private as well and in a nice neighborhood. Was able to walk to the city are in about 20 min and took only 5-10 to get to the lovely coastal trail. Would 100% stay here again. Oh, and there are very opaque blinds to block out the 24-hour summer sun if you’re wondering! That was very helpful. No complaints at all!

Best neighborhood in Anchorage, not biased because we live here. Rented for my in-laws, they were amazed at the comfort and cleanliness. They kept saying how thoughtful the host was and how well equipped the house was. Comfy beds, quiet, well equipped kitchen. Would rent again!!

The place was incredibly well-equipped—with thoughtful touches like shampoo, conditioner, a washer and dryer, and everything we needed to feel at home. It truly felt like staying at a friend’s house—someone who genuinely cared about our comfort. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, and the attention to detail throughout made our stay even better. Highly recommend!

It was a real pleasure to spend time in this apartment, whose location is really pleasant. The apartment was overall clean, from the kitchen to the bathroom, including the bedrooms and living room. In particular, the bedsheets and towels were clean and spotless. The apartment was functional. WiFi, TV, washing machine and dryer were all functional - we did not test the dishwasher. The beds and sofa were comfortable. We really appreciated the little touches offered by the hosts, e.g., new sponge, new bottles of dish soap, hand soap, new shampoo and conditioner, make-up remover, toothbrush with toothpaste, cotton tips, menstrual kits. Board games and books were also provided, a real +++ when traveling with family or friends. The hosts were very friendly and responsive, attentive to any needs we might have. We highly recommend this apartment.
