Keittiö on hyvin varusteltu, kohteessa on myös pyykinpesukone. Jyväskylään on matkaa vain 20km ja lentoasemalle 5km. Kohteessa on ilmainen pysäköinti.

Ennakkovarauksella maksullinen autohallipaikka. Asunto sijaitsee viidennessä kerroksessa. Olohuoneesta ja lasitetulta parvekkeelta näkymä järvelle. Sauna ja 2 WC tä. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa parisänky.. Toinen mh 120 cm vuode. Asunnossa ollut koira, nykyisin lemmikit kielletty.
