Surrounded by pastures with grazing cows, our 2018 renovated holiday home is located in the middle of the countryside, which used to be a small farm. The North Sea dike of the southern Jade bus is a 2km away. The idyllically located house is also ideal for a multi-generational vacation, for 2 friendly families or even for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining sunbathing lawn and play equipment is fenced in and therefore suitable for small children and four-legged friends.

Willkommen in unserem schönen und frisch renovierten Ferienhaus in der Gemeinde Uplengen. Dieses ländlich gelegene Haus mit Garten lädt Sie ein, sich wohl zu fühlen und zu entspannen. Der offene Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich ist großzügig, hell und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die moderne Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Über zwei Etagen haben bis zu 10 Personen mit vier Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern genügend Platz. Unser Haus ist keine Partylokation, wir bitten um Verständnis.

This beautiful vacation home is located in Neuenburg on the edge of the Neuenburg jungle in a quiet residential street. Lovingly furnished with a modern, open kitchen and dining area. The fenced garden with the large terrace and kettle grill invites you to linger. Parking is available, the jungle with its many hiking and biking trails as well as a modern supermarket can be reached in 5 minutes. The Jade Bay near Dangast is 20 minutes away by car.

Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

The semi-double is located in the beautiful residential town of Rastede. In 15 minutes on foot, you are in the center of Rastede. There are lots of shopping options here. Supermarkets can be reached in 10 minutes by foot. Our property is located directly on the Schlossgarten. By car or bus you are also in Oldenburg (Oldb.) in 15 minutes. Here, too, you will find numerous attractions.

The staircase leads to the gallery, where there is a comfortable sofa bed and a TV. The bedroom has a spacious box-spring bed and the directly adjacent bathroom.
