Covered parking is situated adjacent to the house, so nice to keep your car undercover, for rain or overnight dew, and allowing easy access to the kitchen through the breezeway. This is the perfect spot, close to Seneca, but away from highly trafficked areas. Great for a working adult and quiet enough during the day for someone working third shift to sleep.

Enjoy some relaxation in our secluded tiny house in the woods! Built in 2025 this home boasts many wonderful amenities! Cook a meal in the fully furnished kitchen then enjoy it at the bar top table on the wrap around porch. Once the sun goes down turn on the string lights and soak a while in the hot tub. You will feel like you are away from it all but the location is convenient to many attractions. Many waterfalls and other hikes are minutes away. Clemson University is 30 minutes away.

As you enter the screened in front porch you will instantly relax, experience a peaceful and quiet tree lined front yard. The house has plenty of shade and old oaks, built in 1935 has the charm of visiting great grandmother’s farm house without the wallpaper. Large side deck with grill, hot tub and plenty of shaded sitting. Side yard has a fire pit for evening campfires and roasting marshmallows. The house has an open floor plan.
