Located on the Red Cedar River near the corner of Grand River and Hagadorn. This place is uniquely close to the med and law schools at MSU and a has a short walk to the Spartan Stadium. There is on-sight parking, cable TV, and high-speed, fiber-optic internet provided. Additionally coffee is provided along with a fully outfitted kitchen with a laundry room located on-site (not in unit). This apartment is tastefully decorated and modestly priced. 35 private acres of forest on rolling hill terrain. Lots of wildlife nestled very close to the flat river; 30-40 minutes away from Grand Rapids. The Fred Meijer trail provides great biking or hiking opportunities. Lazy float tubing or kayaking down the flat river is very popular and only a short walk away. Horse back riding, golf courses, and an amazing local bakery all within a couple miles. And a fun sport court (basketball hoop, volleyball/badminton/pickelball net all right on site!

thanks for opening up your home to us everything was great from the pool table to the huge TV to nice outside areas to relax will definitely stay again if working in the area and recommend to anybody also parking was nice we even managed a 23ft gooseneck trailer

Having stayed in Airbnb’s from Amsterdam to Colorado I can safely say Eric’s cozy home had the most amenities I have ever seen . The rooms were spotless, the bathroom stocked with any toiletries we may need and the refrigerator had food , drink and snacks for a weary traveler . Eric has set a new higher bar for our next Airbnb stay.

Rosemary's place was just perfect for my husband and me while we were in town visiting family and friends. I'm pretty picky (neat freak??), but I felt VERY safe and was overjoyed by the cleanliness of Rosemary's place. The kitchen had everything we needed to create the dishes to bring to our family gathering. While the space is modest and cozy, it was perfectly furnished to allow plenty of room for settling in, unwinding from lots of travel and activities, and preparing for the day's events. Very comfortable beds! The location is perfect! Easily accessed by two main roads, yet out of the way of the hustle and bustle and surrounded by nature and peace. We saw several deer, turkeys, birds, etc. and it was delightful! Though we were tucked away, anything we could need: grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, shopping, expressway, were all in very close proximity; giving us the feeling of being secluded-though amenities were easily accessible. We hope to be back for sure!!

Not only does Caitlyn have super host as title for property but she literally was one! She was great with communication and responding right away. She made sure I was okay with everything and didn’t need anything. Very attentive at that. She was even so generous to have an accommodation for me for some extra time here due to my flight departure. She didn’t have to but she did! Not only is she very nice, friendly, and a great host, her place is so cozy! The pillows and blanket, wow! Super soft! I know it’s something so small but it’s A LOT for someone that has a hard time sleeping. Everything was up to par and exactly as she described and showed in pics. Couch is so comfortable as well. I did have a nap on it due to how comfortable it was. The area is also very peaceful and quiet. I did go for a walk once. If and when I visit Michigan again, I will definitely book with Caitlyn again if she has it available and if she allows/accepts my request of course. Thank you so much again Caitlyn!!
