The small art remise along the Weiltal and Weilstrasse in the Taunus is a small 55 square metre cottage on a former mill estate. Heated exclusively with wood, the shed invites you to linger in a cosy atmosphere or to explore the Weiltal or Lahntal by bike. On the property right next to the stream you can meet dogs, cats, chickens and even the occasional egg. Most recently, the remise was used as a studio, and now art objects by regional artists continue to enliven the space.

In the 56 square meter basement apartment is everything you need. Bedroom with bathroom, closet for your clothes. Large living-dining room and a separate kitchen. Living room: sofa bed with table, (sofa bed 1.60 x 2.00). In addition, two cribs and a high chair. For 6 people, an inflatable double mattress is available. Kitchen: coffee maker and bread slicer. Enjoy long summer days in the garden on the large sun terrace - surrounded by greenery and a large lavender field. This attracts crowds of butterflies and bumblebees in summer. In the cold season, make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace, in the brand new infrared sauna or by the campfire.

'IN THE HORSE STABLE' Door to door with chicken and horse

'IN THE STABLE' is located on the ground floor of the barn of the mill property. It used to be a stable.(Also check out my other apartment 'Barn Loft.') The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people looking for a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat with the oven. See below.

Comfortable apartment with shower, toilet and private entrance in Aschaffenburg-West - in calm environment close to the river. The citycentre is about 5min away by car, but can also easily be reached by bus (bus station is 200m from the flat) or by foot (20min along the banks of the river Main). Parking is possible in the yard, in front of the apartment. A supermarket (with some food-to-go options) and a beer garden are nearby.

Our beautiful apartment is located in a half-timbered house from 1749 in a quiet location in the Vogelsberg. The apartment offers up to 6 sleeping accommodations (2x double beds, 2x single beds) and is equipped with a spacious combined kitchen/living room. The property with a stream, pond and horse paddock invites you to linger. A patio with outdoor dining area can also be used by our guests. Dogs are also very welcome here.
