Ground floor : Here you will find a fully equipped, modern fitted kitchen and a stylishly furnished living room with dining area, a double sofa bed, SAT TV and fireplace, which provides a perfect evening ambience in cold weather. Room 4- is equipped with a closet, 2 single beds 80x200 cm, 2 bedside tables. On request, the single beds can be joined together to form a double bed. Bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, WC and towel radiator is located on the ground floor. A utility room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board is also available here. First Floor: Room 1- is equipped with spacious designer wardrobes, a double bed 180x200 cm, 2 bedside tables and LED TV. Room 2 - is furnished with a French double bed 140x200 cm, closet, bedside table, chest of drawers, LED TV and work desk. From room 1 and 2, you can enjoy the unique view over the village and the Wiesbach valley. Room 3 - is equipped with 2 single beds 90x200cm, bedside table, closet and LED TV. There is also a bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, towel radiator and WC. As the bedrooms can be occupied differently, the following rules apply: 1. the guest chooses the appropriate bedroom himself if possible (e.g. room 1 for 2 persons). 2. other “bedrooms” are not available. 3. the house is only occupied by the person ordering and their companions. Example: A couple orders the house for 5 days, chooses bedroom 1, for two persons, remaining bedrooms are not prepared. All other rooms (living room, bathrooms, kitchen, etc.) are available to the couple. On each floor there are terraces with dining and seating facilities and a wonderful panoramic view. The house is located right on the edge of the forest. It is built on a slope and is therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Infants up to the age of 2 stay free of charge in their parents' bed. Children in the garden must be supervised. Pets are only allowed on request.

We can offer a parking space and, if desired, lockable storage spaces for bicycles. A playground is located right next door. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and dishwasher. Additional electrical appliances and baking utensils further enhance the options for pleasant cooking. Shopping facilities are easily accessible nearby. For longer stays, the use of our washing machine/dryer can be arranged. Cost per wash cycle is €5. Weilburg (2.5 km away) and the Lahn Valley offer interesting recreational and leisure opportunities. Great, comfortable furnished apartment in quiet location in the beautiful Taunus for 2-7 persons. Lean back & relax... Our one-room apartment was created only with natural building materials. With a lot of love for detail, I have processed natural slate & oak wood here. The high-quality interior invites you to relax. Here, at the gate to the Vogelsberg, among other things, is the entrance to the volcano mountain bike trail "Mühlental." We are renting out the main part of a freshly renovated former school building. The house is ideal for relaxing, making music or for groups who have to work in the area of Weilburg. You can get to Frankfurt fair by car in about an hour. The house sports several bathrooms, toilets, a complete kitchen, Sat-TV, WLAN, a fireplace, a big conference room and 3 sleeping rooms for up to 8 people. The surrounding is very quiet. Air condition in two rooms. No smoking inside the house.

Alternatively, relaxing walks or excursions (e.g. canoe trips on the Lahn) are possible. The university town of Gießen is around the corner!

Welcome to the old town of Wetzlar, right by the cathedral! This apartment, completely renovated for you in 2024, is ideally located for exploring the old town and sights on foot. The cathedral and town hall are just a two-minute walk away. Numerous good restaurants, small shops and nice cafes are right outside the front door. Goethe once lived two houses away. The apartment is fully equipped and an ideal base for exploring Wetzlar and relaxing.

It is equipped with shutters, carpet and floor heating. 2 single beds and a very comfortable sofa bed for 2 people serve as a sleeping area. A table and 4 chairs form the center for a cozy round. In the mini-kitchen there is a sink, 2 hotplates, fridge, toaster, microwave, extractor hood and much more. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and tumble dryer.

The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals.
