A beautiful cottage in a private, pretty and quiet area, but walkable to a very good pub with great food and the is beach very close too. The cottage was perfect and had everything you needed plus Victoria and Bertie were very good hosts. The cottage is a great base to get to all the pretty costal towns, and in a quiet setting.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Derek's place! The cottage is really lovely, well thought out and has everything you need for a comfortable break. It is very convenient for exploring North Norfolk, which for us meant birdwatching at all the nearby hotspots along the coast. There is a good selection of real ale pubs and tasty food spots to try nearby too. Derek was informative, responsive and helpful, and seemed keen to ensure that we enjoyed our holiday. Thank you! 😊

A beautiful home in a beautiful location! A lovely modern, well equipped and spacious house, very clean with everything you need. The garden and outdoor seating area is great too if you have the weather. Perfect position, walkable to a nice pebble beach and good places to eat and drink. Or plenty to see and do just a short drive away. Would happily stay again!!
