Cabin holiday rentals in White Plains

Maria and her husband were a great host, we were looking to get out of the hustle and bustle of city life for a short while and found it. The property is peaceful, you’re surrounded by birds, squirrels and other wildlife (we saw several Deers). The cabin is rustic, clean and pleasant. Once we arrived the AC was already turned on and Jacuzzi prepares. Will definitely be back soon!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. Sparta was perfect for a weekend away. It was a short walk away from a beautiful private lake and quiet and relaxing. Mario was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in seamless. It truly felt like a home away from home. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful stay.

Very cute within a nice naturistic town

Absolutely fantastic. Beautiful scenery. Lots to do on the property without even leaving the house. The house is fully stocked. If you accidentally leave anything behind.. this house will have it. Comfortable beds. The pool table and poker table was a lot of fun. The hottub was awesome. WiFi works great. I went in the river a few times but keep in mind the current is strong if you are not a good swimmer. I could have stayed even longer, I did not want to leave! Left feeling very refreshed as if I left the spa. This is a great house for a family or friend’s retreat. I really enjoyed my stay and recommend to anyone thinking about it. There are some shops 15mins away if you need anything. Chinese food, liquor store, convenience store etc

This home was a perfect venue for our family's mini reunion. We are superhosts from Australia and my Sister and her family came from California and Brooklyn. The home is extremely comfortable and well laid out. The leafy location was relaxing and close to Beacon where we visited DIA a world class Art Museum . We had great fun using the bbq and fire pit( you need to bring your own charcoal and fire wood). Our 7 and 10yr olds appreciated feeding the fish and playing the video games. Any concerns we had were responded to immediately by the owner. Highly recommend this place.

Lisa was very helpful and quick to respond when needed. The place is gorgeous and cozy, felt right at home. Plenty of towels, blankets, pillows to use. Amenities were perfect! Had a great time.

It is clear Adam and Chrissy take care of this place like their own home. I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful this place is. Perfectly equipped, yet doesn’t feel cluttered. Cozy, tasteful, full of wonderful little details, clear instructions and good vibes overall. Location is amazing and perfect for days of reflection / retreat in the mountains. Has all you need in the kitchen, plenty of books, board games, movies, records, even Atari and an AMAZING outdoor spa. Best of all is the water stream running below: natural forest + running water sounds - not even headspace can give you this to perfection. Outdoor seating area also lovely. I felt at home from beginning to end. Hosts incredibly responsive and helpful. Can’t wait to return !

Kate and Brad’s home is exactly as pictured and more! We felt cozy and right at home, despite it being a rainy weekend trip. The side deck was in the process of being redone, so we didn’t get to use the hot tub, but they were proactive and communicative about the construction, and offered fair compensation for the inconvenience. Excellent and easy to use sauna and we made good use of the yard and fire pit in the evenings. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need, and even included a knife sharpener (I’ve made a habit of bringing my own due to dull knives at other homes). Great access to a lakefront, too, and they provide kayaks, if you’re up for a paddle! Bonus points for traveling with a pet with all the extra supplies handy; you can really tell they are animal lovers, too! We would absolutely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy cottage in a quiet spot. It was clean and comfortable and easy driving distance to the event we were attending.

We had a great stay at The Pond House. Despite rainy weather, we enjoyed the wood stove and beautiful view. We found everything we needed for preparing meals in the kitchen and used the guide book for lighting a fire in the wood stove. Be aware of ticks in the tall grass! We found several on us after going on a walk.

Emily and Carol were wonderful hosts. They were responsive to our questions and provided great recommendations. Sitting on the balcony with the view of the trees and the lake beyond was tranquil. The living area is cozily furnished and both the fireplace and tv were easy to use. The nearby community beach was fun to visit and an added benefit of the stay. Great location with plenty of good food and small town charm!

Wonderful cabin, well appointed with a great view of the Lake! Very peaceful in winter. A well appointed kitchen and a wood burning stove fireplace made staying in a joy! Both hosts were a pleasure to speak with and always responsive. Looks forward to opportunities to return!

If in your mind, you could imagine an ideal place to get away - a cozy and thoughtfully furnished house nestled in front of a pond, this would be that place. A long driveway takes you away from the main road and leads to a stylish and very comfortable home. Three bedrooms, 2 baths and an open kitchen made the house feel very roomy. Our daughter made an early claim to a small landing at the very top of the stairs, a perfect place to settle into a bean bag chair and matching ottoman and continue her adventures with Nancy Drew. Our stay was extremely guest friendly. There was nothing we felt want of that Jared and Chelsea hadn't provided. A pile of comfy blankets, a nice bottle of red wine and a movie screen and surround sound gifted us two fun movie nights. In fact, their attention to detail made the house feel unusually familiar to us. The daily view of the pond and its inhabitants; a trio of ducks, a pair of cranes, and an industrious beaver, gave the home an idyllic quality.

The zen cabin is exactly as described and aptly named as it’s incredibly peaceful. Both the interior and exterior are thoughtfully appointed and decorated, and exceptionally clean. Everything is beautifully updated and the waterfall outside is so lovely. You can sit there all day. The entire cabin is extremely relaxing and private , this was the perfect restorative getaway. Stephen was highly responsive and provided great instructions and recommendations in the guidebook. Everything was so easy! I will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage. We experienced the first snow here, it was absolutely peaceful and serene. The cottage is located on a spacious farm, offering a perfect blend of privacy and convenience, with restaurants, grocery stores, and the train station all nearby. Communication with George was excellent—he checked in to ensure we had everything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place!

The Nordic Cabin was the perfect setting for my husband and I to celebrate our 22nd wedding anniversary. The cabin is beautiful and the modern design, furnishings, and decor really stand out. Instructions of how to get into the cabin and the pitcures provided made check in and check out a breeze. The kitchen was well stocked. A bottle of white wine and a few treats were left for us. The kitchen offered different spices, oils, milk, and eggs. Kitchen utensils, pots/pans, dishes, cups, glasses, etc are provided, as well as cleaning supplies. The bathroom was stocked with toiletries. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the cozy living room and slept well in the beautiful bedroom. Last, I have to say that the first time we opened the gate at night, after dinner in Warwick, and saw all of the outdoor lights on, really made it feel like we were entering an enchanted garden. Would definitely come back!! Thank you Kamil and Margaret!!

The cabin was a great little place to get away for the weekend! Matt was a communicative host and made sure all our needs was taken care of. The space was very clean and was perfectly setup. We especially loved sitying out by the creek and enjoying a few drinks. Also, there are great restaurants within walking distances!

Our stay in CT was truly as peaceful and relaxing as it could get! The cottage was in pristine condition and we felt right at home. I would highly recommend this lovely space to anyone wanting to stay in the area. The host is very responsive as well which made checking in and out super easy for us.

I’ve been to numerous Airbnb homes before, but this home was by far THE most gorgeous and breathtaking experience I’ve ever encountered! The design, architecture, lighting, & functionality of the home felt so well intentioned! Every detail was well thought of and every nuance about the house appeared to have a meaningful purpose! The windows that allowed nature and sunlight to come in was purely art! I felt I was in a heavenly oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city and a place I could escape and get away from with my partner! We didn’t want to leave! We would be beyond ecstatic to return in the near future! Thank you, Christine + James for being such gracious & accommodating hosts!
