The kitchen is fully equipped, bathrooms are stocked with hotel toiletries, bedding has new sheets & blankets. Plenty of parking & fence in backyard for supervised pets. Mi casa es su casa!

Savvy Marsh Private King Suite

OTC-022724 1 King bed, 1 bath private guest suite. Private entrance and HVAC controls. Living room with TV and kitchenette. Kitchenette has microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. you have to walk up a spiral staircase to get to the balcony entrance. This is a large property and there are multiple guest suites. There is another guest unit adjacent to this one and you may hear noises from the nextdoor unit. If you are very sensitive to noise I would not recommend booking this.
