Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Wien-Umgebung District

My stay with Michael was wonderful. We gathered and wanted to grill. The house was very large and corresponded to the description. We were very pleased. Special thanks go to the caretaker - he even helped us with the barbecue. We didn't have enough coal, but he brought us wood and saved us. Thanks again for everything!

The accommodation was as expected. A little further from the center, but therefore wonderfully quiet and nice environment and nice home with two small children. Alexander and his wife were incredibly friendly and super attentive. Absolutely a top apartment and top accommodation for Vienna!

Home is in a quiet & peacefull location away from the city. Perfect if you have a vehicle to travel to a local carpark & use public transport into the city.

We had a great stay in Vienna in this very nice house. The living room is spacious and welcoming, the sunny terrace with no neighbors opposite is perfect for relaxing, and the immediate proximity of the woods allows for magnificent walks – ideal when traveling with a dog! The house was very clean, well-equipped, and parking is easy. The bedding is comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing. The host was very responsive, always available by message, and attentive to the smooth running of our stay. Bonus: we found delicious organic honey right next door, and the Otto Wagner villa with its beautiful stained glass windows is only 5 minutes away by car. It takes about 40 minutes to reach the center of Vienna. A place we would definitely recommend!

Angela was a great host and her place was perfect for our short city trip! Everything was spotless and practical, we could check in earlier than usual… our needs have been met perfectly. The location of the house is not very central, but you can walk to the train station which is not that far away and catch the train to Vienna (you‘ll be there in 15mins). Sadly we couldn’t try the pool as we only stayed a couple of days, but we‘ll surely catch up our next time in Vienna!

Very nice flat with all amenities in a quiet suburban location in Moedling. The walk to the train station was very pleasant and enjoyable after which it is very easy to get to many locations. Daniel was very responsive and kind. I would highly recommend it and hope to stay there again in the future.

Eric is, as other reviews say, the perfect host. He received us personally and provided local recommendations. The place is very cozy and close to public transportation. The neighborhood is can also be explored on foot. One cannot go wrong with Eric's place.

The appartment is really spacious, very nice and comes with high ceilings and wooden floors - the way we like it! Beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms have been renovated with taste and a clear focus on user friendliness. It is located in a quiet neighborhood that invites to talk walks. Tram and subway are a few minutes away, the city center being very reachable. After a day downtown, it is a pleasure to come home. Two minutes away, there is a fantastic bio grocery store. A lovely home base in Vienna! Great location - close to restaurants, trams, and shops. Great apartment - top floor, cozy for two people, very nice terrace. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying in Jennifer's place! She met us and offered helpful tips in person from the beginning and was immediately responsive to all of our questions throughout. The apartment is beautiful and had everything we needed. The area is a great location, small grocery stores and restaurants nearby as well as easy access to public transportation. We loved walking so much we walked to a lot of the major attractions from the apartment directly. Waking up early on a Sunday in Vienna in the apartment with the beautiful windows to watch the sunrise, and having so many of the busy streets to ourselves was magical! We will be back. We loved how cozy the apartment felt and it was great to find it fully stocked with all the essentials. Cool place with a great view of the city and mountainous terrain!

Very lovely apartment, close to the river. The nearby metro made it easy to get into the city centre. The apartment had everything necessary close by (shop, ice cream place, bakery, pharmacy ect). Ideal location if you want to be close to the Danube!

Everything was as described. Lots of space and everything in a great condition. Very near all the tourist places but calm neighbourhood.

Real nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood, just like fifteen minutes from the train station. From there, you’re in downtown Vienna in another 15, easy. So in the end, you are pretty close to the heart of Vienna, but far enough from the noise and hustle. I totally recommend checking out Mödling - real charming little town with a lot to offer. The apartment itself super clean, spacious, and really well equipped. No complains. If it’s available next time, I’d definitely be happy to rent it again.

What a great place! Armin’s place was so beautiful, and had everything you could possibly need. From a hair dryer to every cutlery and cooking utensils, it felt right at home. The bed and sofa were very comfortable. The piano was a nice touch as well. Armin was so responsive and answered any question I had. Great place, so worth the price, would recommend to anyone and would definitely return again. I’m very pleased.
