We just LOVE our newest edition to "Nikolai Homes". Located in a beautiful cobblestone courtyard only 200 steps from St. Stephen´s cathedral. Super central, yet very quiet. You will LOVE it too. This studio apartment is just around the corner from Mozart’s house in the historic part of Vienna. You can literally walk everywhere and there are wonderful restaurants close by. The studio itself is completely newly designed. Professional cleaning ensures 5.star cleanliness.

Ground floor, unfortunately on a street. 5 minutes to the subway and S-Bahn. Supermarket etc within walking distance. There is little water coming out of the shower. Kitchen has everything you need.

Everything was perfect. Aliz was helpful in everything. The apartment is in a perfect location and has a true Viennese style. The street is a litle bit lood from the clubs at night from the children point of view.

Essential but comfortable and great place to stay in Vienna. Although it is in front of the station, it is very quiet and not very busy. Very convenient service to the lobby that allows you to enjoy Nespresso coffee preparations at only the cost of waffle. Also highly recommended for metro and bus connections.

We were with 7 girls at Jochen's penthouse apartment. Check-in went smoothly. We were even able to leave our suitcases in the apartment in advance. The apartment is spacious and very modernly decorated. There is everything you need. The location is great. The water, a supermarket and the subway are within a few minutes' walk. Particularly noteworthy are the two large roof terraces of the penthouse apartment, where you can have breakfast and dinner together. Communication with Jochen was also great. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend the apartment. A Superhost in Vienna 🤩

The apartment was very tidy and inside you have all the amenities. I liked the area, very close to Sissi s palace and very quiet in the night. If I ll be in Viena in the future, definitely I would like to stay here.
