Peaceful, comfortable and quiet on side street. Grocery store , post office, drug store shops and restaurants all just 1 minute away. Buses, trams and subways all close by. 20 minute walk to the St. Stephan Cathedral. Prestigious 9th district with Freud Museum 10 minutes away. Palace Liechtenstein 5 minutes (URL HIDDEN) much to see and do! This apartment is in an urban area in the 9th district of Vienna, famous for elegant living. It’s just a 4-minute walk to the magnificent Liechtenstein Palace and park. RING Strasse is nearby where all the historic jewels of Vienna can be found. There is public transport nearby: Underground Line U2 Bus 40a Tramway Line D, 38, 41, 42 NEW !!! CITY TAX !!! Please be informed that due to new regulations in Vienna, we are obliged by law to collect a city tax from our guests. We will need to charge 3,2% of your accommodation costs including the cleaning fee. Unfortunately, the tax cannot be collected directly over Airbnb and therefore needs to be paid at the check-in in cash. Please be so kind and prepare the amount in Euros. Welcome to the family-friendly pony farm with Perlaki horse breeding! Our self-catering vacation rooms can be rented! Up to 3 rooms for up to a total of 6 people can be rented independently or the entire accommodation. Lipizzaner room Facilities: 1 double bed, 1 wardrobe Passage to the Shetland Pony room is possible if, for example, children are traveling with you and you want to sleep door to door. Unfortunately, the rooms are not accessible because there is no elevator on the 1st floor.

Our house in a good residential location is only 10 to 15 minutes walk away from Mödling's train station and historic city center. The nearby metropolis of Vienna is easily accessible by train. The night bus from Vienna stops around the corner. The adjacent Wienerwald is a paradise for hikers, cyclists, runners and mountain bikers. The local winegrowers offer regional delicacies.

It offers spacious common areas as well as quiet spaces for privacy. The minimum stay is 30 days (local law). I offer an additional 10% discount for bookings longer than 3 months (refunded starting from the 3rd month, excluding fees).
