A 19th-century farmhouse surrounded by large oaks and a huge garden awaits you. The property is located on the outskirts of Platjenwerbe in close proximity to Bremen. From the house you can look far over green meadows directly into the local recreation area Auetal. In summer there are horses with their little foals right in front of the house, who are always looking forward to a petting session. Our cottage is newly built in 2015. The quiet location offers rest and relaxation for the whole family. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking, biking or canoeing. For those who want cultural or shopping, Bremen, Bremerhaven and Hamburg are also not far away.

There is a kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and the attic studio available on approx. 70 m² of living space. Terrace, garden and parking at the house are included. Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.

The apartment is located in the attic of our house. This can only be reached via stairs on the fourth floor (no elevator) and you have a magnificent view over the roofs of Oldenburg.
