By car, the popular excursion destinations Wasserkuppe and Milseburg can be reached in approx. 10 minutes. At 950 m, the Wasserkuppe is the highest mountain in Hesse and offers a wide range of leisure activities for the whole family (skiing, sailing and paragliding, summer toboggan run, climbing forest, etc.).

From the windows to the courtyard, the border mountains to Lower Franconia can be seen, e.g. Dammersfeld, Beilstein and Eierhauck. From here, many well-known excursion destinations can be quickly reached. For example, Wasserkuppe, Kreuzberg, Fulda, Bad Neustadt or Würzburg, as well as hiking and bike trails. Horseback riding is possible in the neighboring village.

Unsere 2 FeWos findet Ihr im 1. Stock des Haupthauses eines ehem. Bauernhofes in Rengersfeld, einem kl. Ortsteil von Gersfeld. Es ist grün und ruhig bei uns. Die FeWos sind neuwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Beide Fewos teilen sich einen sehr großen Balkon, der durch Grünpflanzen getrennt ist. Wenn ihr Bettwäsche + Handtücher nicht von uns gestellt haben wollt, dann sagt es uns bitte. Wir berechnen pro Set je 15 € und erstatten Euch diese Gebühr, wenn ihr es uns rechtzeitig sagt.

The modern and stylishly furnished apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds as well as a bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet. We moved from the city to an old farm in 2016 and live here together with our dog Dago and three cats in the middle of Schwarzenfels, a municipality of the city of Sinntal, below the beautiful Schwarzenfels Castle. We are gradually renovating the farm. In 2020, our "vacation home" project was completed and we are looking forward to our guests.
