Wakeup to the sights and sounds of birds singing, sheep quietly grazing, Scottish Highland cattle calling and horses trotting on a quiet country morning. Expect to see deer grazing the property seemingly unaware of quite spectators as the sun starts to rise and burns off the morning dew. Our place is newly remodeled and ready for your stay.

Family Cottage on Williamstown Lake Near the Ark

Cottage is 660 SF, 2 bedroom. One room has a queen bed. Second bedroom is a bunk bed best suited for children. The common space has a day bed with a second pull up trundle bed. Access to the owners dock and use of Kayak and paddle board when a waiver is signed. 15 Minutes to the Ark and 1 Hour to the Creation Museum & Cincinnati. Cottage attached to owners house by an outdoor breezeway and has it's own large deck and lake access. No Dishwasher or Washer/Dryer ID verify at checkin

Hickory Ridge is nestled in a peaceful country setting, offering a relaxing retreat. Just 23 miles from the Ark Encounter and 29 miles from the Creation Museum, it’s a great spot for a quiet getaway. Doug and Lana reside on the main floor of their ranch-style home, while the apartment is situated in the finished lower level (basement). Surrounded by Northern Kentucky’s rolling hills and set on a family farm near a wooded area, Hickory Ridge provides a tranquil escape ideal for unwinding.

Charming cottage has been completely renovated! Bright, neutral décor with amenities! Free wi-fi, cable tv, coffee maker & fully stocked kitchen if you choose to cook! One bathroom w a small shower. Cute & quaint but some un even floors that will be repaired winter 2024. Located less than 8 mins from ARK Encounter & less than 5 mins to Williamstown Lake. Easily accessible to Williamtown Lake, Creation Museum, Ky Horse Park, Newport Aquarium, as well as multiple dining & shopping venues!

Holland Farms

Located in The Golden Triangle in Williamstown, KY. A short drive from Lexington, Louisville & Cincinnati with many attractions to visit. Come enjoy southern hospitality at it's finest in the Bluegrass State. 10 min drive from The Ark Encounter. Perfect spot for family time, plenty of outdoor space along with an in-ground pool. Spend the week or just a weekend, you won't be sorry that you came. 8 bedrooms. 7 have their own private bath. There are also a half bath located in the home.

No neighbors! It’s not a big or fancy place but it’s clean, simple, and relaxing. The stars are brightest in the country when enjoying the fire pit. Our two story cabin has 1BR with two double beds, full kitchen, full bathroom, recliners, and grills. It's perfect for couples, friends, or small families. The Ark Encounter, Kentucky Horse Park, Keeneland, and several distilleries are all within an hour of the cabin. This is a great place to relax between visits to these attractions.

If you are looking to experience lake life, look no further! Our Guest House sits on the beautiful 140 acre Bullock Pen Lake. It's a great place to relax, or enjoy kayaking, paddle boating, paddle boarding and fishing. We have one of the best views of the lake. The Guest House is fully renovated and decorated with relaxation in mind. It has everything you would need for your stay. After all, the lake is where your worries fade and memories are made! (The pool is now closed!)

The Cute Little House Near The Ark Encounter

The "Little House" is a cute 1 bedroom house located on our farm in a beautiful country setting with 6 acres of outdoor space for relaxing. It is separate from our home and is all yours. It is conveniently located only 8 miles from the Ark Encounter and you only need to make one turn to get there. We have chickens, ducks, turkeys, a horse, and 11 goats. We also have a 1/2 mile nature trail to explore with a scavenger hunt, and a campfire spot with free firewood.

Tiny Home/Newly Renovated/5 miles to ARK

Located right outside of Williamstown, Grammer's place is small but cozy! Our home is just 5 miles from the Ark Encounter and 35 minutes from the Creation Museum. Grammer's Place is a tiny house that sits very close to my personal home, but you will have access to as much privacy as needed. Along with this, guests will still have access to their own parking spaces. And just a few steps from the drive, up the ramp and on the porch.

Noahs Rest-stop, 5 miles to ARK. sleeps 10

Near the ark encounter. 14 acres. Family room is shown as b/r but is queen sofa bed and 3 baths. Sleeps 10. Fully equiped Kitchen. Enjoy your coffee on the back deck. A peaceful country setting but still be close to all shopping and the ARK. We have had many infants and toddlers stay at Noah rest stop. We offer a portable crib and baby bath.
