This spacious interior is equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. We are located 2 miles from the World Equestrian Center, 3 miles from Lake Cowan, 2.3 miles from Majestic Springs Golf Course, 6.5 miles from Wilmington Air Park, and 7 miles from Robert's Center. This house has a new HVAC system.

Explore Cowan Lake WEC and Amish stores and bakeries all within minutes from this historic Schoolhouse and picturesque setting. This 1882 Rural Schoolhouse is sitting on an acre of the original land. It includes a newly built 29 x 24 Hemlock sided closed pavilion with outside entities. Includes a park like charcoal grill, a gas grill , horseshoes court and corn hole boards. Great for outside gatherings and animal friendly inside and outside, including horse trailer parking and moving vans .

Situated on a small horse farm with beautiful pastures and lots of horses to look at. You will have complete privacy. Take a walk down the quiet road, or sit on the front porch and just enjoy. We are centrally located between Dayton, Cincinnati and Columbus. The cottage is completely remodeled with new kitchen & furniture. Come and enjoy the cozy comforts of home!
