The apartment is located in a newly renovated house with a terrace and access to the garden and forest. Very quiet location about 3 km from Bad Godesberg. From there there are good train connections to all major train stations in Germany. Logistically well located - CologneBonn Airport is approx. 30 km away. Motorway A 565 and A 552 3 km away.

The 20sqm roof terrace has an unobstructed view to the west and east. The house, built in 1893, is located in a quiet residential area. Only about 6 minutes walk from the Rhine and the train station (Cologne/Koblenz). A tram station to Bonn, Siegburg and Bad Honnef and the pedestrian zone with a bakery, groceries and restaurants is about a 7-minute walk.

Pure nature! You live in an old train station directly on hiking and biking trails. Absolute tranquility (almost) without neighbors. Slow-moving freight trains pass by on the rails 3 times a day. On weekends they are still - then you can watch deer or even a fox there. The apartment is located in the former engine shed of the train station and is stylishly/individually and comfortably furnished. It is now available for the first time after complete renovation of the building.

The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the university hospital and is the ideal retreat for those accompanying or visiting relatives. Of course, other guests are also very welcome! The Kottenforst Nature Reserve is within walking distance and invites you to take walks and bike tours. The apartment is well connected. The city center can be reached in about 15 minutes. Cooking is not allowed in the apartment, but restaurants and the cafeteria are nearby.
