Monthly Rentals in Winnabow

We had a wonderful experience and met our needs for the 3 nights we stayed. Delloris was very responsive. Upon checking in I took a pictures of a couple of items of concern that was not reported to Delloris by the previous occupants. She was to to respond and address.

Kate's Place has been my go to place to stay when vacationing in Southport. Kate is a thoughtful and friendly Host. Kate's Place is perfectly located from downtown Southport, the Ferry to nearby Bald Head Island and Wilmington. It is only a short drive to Oak Island. Kate's Place is a perfect place for a single visitor. I always feel right at home.

Nice new comfortable home! Quiet neighborhood and easy 10 minute drive to Southport. Tastefully decorated and very responsive host who answered any questions promptly. We loved our stay and hope to return someday.

We had a wonderful stay at Magnolia Green in Leland, NC! The condo was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The welcome snack basket was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the game room and pool, which our family enjoyed every day. The owner was fantastic with communication, making our arrival and departure seamless. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Can't wait to come back!
