Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Winter Park

We had such a wonderful stay here at Moose Lodge! The house was spotless, cozy, and had plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably. The rooms are spacious and filled with everything you could possibly need. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking views - especially from the hot tub overlooking the mountains. It was the perfect spot to relax on our girls trip. The location was so great too - peaceful and private, yet just a short drive into town for anything we needed (coffee runs, stores, shops, etc). Everything was exactly as described (or better). And Lisa was very responsive when we did have some questions. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

Luxuriously Appointed! Great open, easy, ranch layout smartly designed for guest comfort. I really appreciated the quality and comfort of the furnishings, much higher than most STRs. I slept like a rock in the comfortable bed. Every detail was attended to and the place very well organized. I would like to specifically thank the host for a) labeling the light switches and b) having enough faith in humanity to provided cast iron pans in your STR. It allowed me to make a lovely brunch skillet, just like at home. Rest assured I treated your seasoning with the same care and respect I do my own. :-)

My son and I booked the condo for a late planned ski trip. The condo is very comfortable, clean and modern. It has an adequately stocked kitchen with plenty of utensils and spices for those that prefer to cook. It includes a drip coffee maker and a separate bean grinder (I never know what to buy before arriving). There is some ongoing new construction in the area (as of March 2025). I heard some trucks backing up in the morning, but it did not bother us as we were up each morning to ski. Overall, the place is very quiet with very minimal neighbor noise. There is no cable service, so be prepared to stream or cast from your own device using your own accounts. I was able to stream YouTube TV from my phone to the TV. We took the free shuttle service to the resort each day. It’s a quick walk to the bus stop, and we never waited more than a few minutes for a bus. We walked to the area restaurants and shops. Safeway is a quick drive down the street. We would book again.

We loved our stay! Kristen was a great host, very helpful and responsive. Really appreciated how clean and comfortable the place was!

This was a beautiful and comfortable stay for a long weekend. The layout was perfect for hosting our extended family. Unfortunately, the internet went out for a couple of hours, but the hosts were quick to provide us updates regarding the status. I would highly recommend staying in this Airbnb location.

excellent cabin close to main roads, mountain lakes, and extensive trails. Very clean and quiet with a million dollar view.

Had a great time this weekend! We lost power and Dale made sure we were comfortable and helped us out. Fast responses as well.

I was traveling solo so this place felt HUGE! I loved the private patio. It was close to the hiking I was doing in the area. I would definitely stay again and I’d love to bring my boys next time! I didn’t use the pool or hot tub but the community area is beautiful and very close to this unit.

Great place to stay when visiting WinterPark

If you want some rest from hectic life - Nicole's place is great for it! We had 3 peaceful days in this apartment. Everything was clean and neat when we arrived. Wooden bedroom is very nice! Great views from all the windows! A lot of natural light even when it's cloudy outside. Kitchen has everything we needed for our stay to cook simple meals. Gas stove works good and adds another peaceful moment when sitting in the rocking chair by the fireplace. It was easy to communicate with Nicole when we had couple questions. The apartment is really clean even though they allow to come with pets. We also left it clean after being there with our cat. Really lovely weekend in lovely apartment! Looking forward to come back in the future!

We had a great stay at Lisa’s . The kitchen was well stocked with a few condiments and a variety of cooking items. The hot tub and pool were easily accessible and felt great after a big day skiing . Loved the lighted toilet 😊.

This was the perfect spot for a weekend spent skiing at Winter Park! The location was great, easy access to the main village and lifts via shuttle, ski in/ski out/ free parking lot with a lift to the village area. We also appreciated how peaceful and quiet the area was at night. The unit itself was spacious for two people and luggage. The murphy bed was very comfortable and the shower had great hot water and good water pressure. Kitchen was well stocked and made it easy to make breakfasts and quick snacks. Plenty of options for parking outside or in the garage. We especially liked having the option of using the hot tub after a day of skiing to relax. We would definitely stay here again on our next ski trip to Winter Park!

This place was great! Right across the Winter Park resort, literally a 3 min walk across the street to get to the village. The host was very responsive and helpful. The place was great too! Very clean and comfortable

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quiet, peaceful apartment. Comfortable. Cozy. Beautiful river right outside with great outside space to walk around and enjoy the Mountain View. Very nice pool and hot tubs in the clubhouse—all of which were very clean and well kept. Jennifer was very responsive and helpful with any questions.

Kathy’s place was well managed and her communication was great. The location was awesome and the bus stop to get to winter park for skiing was right at the end of the parking lot!

This was exactly what we were hoping for during our trip - a easy, comfortable place to come back to after a long day of skiing, cook some dinner, relax, and rest for the next day. I would definitely stay again!

We had a great time in Winter Park. Skied 9 days. Billy's condo was right on the Lift Bus Route--very convenient. The hot tubs were great! Everything was as advertised. We would stay there again.

This was a beautiful place to stay, it was only my fiancé and I and it was the perfect size! How made it incredibly easy to book and check in, we drove 13 hours straight and it was so nice to have someone work with us on check in time. Very descriptive and accommodating. The apartment came with dishes we could use and some snacks. ! We weren’t in the room much, but when we were it was very cozy.

This was our second time staying here because we love it so much. It’s super convenient to the ski resort, grocery store, restaurants and anything else you might want or need. We stayed with our pups and 5 year old and had a great stay!

Loved our stay! We went for the skiing at Winter Park which was so conveniently close. The condo itself was perfect for our family. We ate in most evenings (although there are so many good restaurants near by) and enjoyed our post-ski evenings unwinding in the unit. Tammy was a wonderful and communicative host!

Shawna is a great host! I would stay here again for sure. The location is great--you look right down on the Fraser River from the condo. When the weather is nice, it is a short walk to the Grand Park Community Rec Center, restaurants, and coffee shops. The Fraser River Trail is right outside the building, and a nice network of trails starts behind the pool building. The kitchen has everything you need--probably the best-stocked kitchen of any small Airbnb I have stayed in.

Just Book It. This is a beautiful condo in a perfect location! It was immaculately clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could have wanted. We enjoyed a lot of our time on the huge outdoor deck, and Julie was a friendly and welcoming host! 10 out of 10! Thanks!
