Perfect location, right next to Safeway and plenty of downtown restaurants/bars.

My husband and I had a wonderful time enjoying a mini-getaway at Mandy’s place with our dog. The place was absolutely beautiful, with stunning views. A great place to relax and reset, and super close to the main road in Winter Park. The place was very clean, and the stay overall felt so luxurious. Mandy was friendly and communicative, and made us feel welcome. We can’t wait to stay here again!

We had a great stay at David’s condo. You can’t beat the location. Walking distance to all the restaurants and a 1 minute walk to the free bus to take you to winter park as the next stop. It took us a little bit to find a way into the building but entering from the parking garage was easy and didn’t require another key as some of the outer doors on other floors do.

Great place to stay when visiting WinterPark

We loved our stay at Wanderlust! The condo was comfortable and just the right size for a family of 4 ski adventure. The bus system was very convenient for getting around. Great selection of restaurants within walking distance. Our teenage boys loved the arcade/movie theater/bowling alley next door. Definitely a great spot!

We had a great stay in WP. The condo was new with all the creature comforts, clean and comfortable, easy access to the ski hill and tons of activities and great food nearby. Will definitely plan on staying here again, Shawna and Steve were excellent hosts.

This place was great! Right across the Winter Park resort, literally a 3 min walk across the street to get to the village. The host was very responsive and helpful. The place was great too! Very clean and comfortable

Matt’s place was spacious, and yet cozy. It was so nice that the place had everything we needed and more. Location was great, we would definitely stay again.

My son and I booked the condo for a late planned ski trip. The condo is very comfortable, clean and modern. It has an adequately stocked kitchen with plenty of utensils and spices for those that prefer to cook. It includes a drip coffee maker and a separate bean grinder (I never know what to buy before arriving). There is some ongoing new construction in the area (as of March 2025). I heard some trucks backing up in the morning, but it did not bother us as we were up each morning to ski. Overall, the place is very quiet with very minimal neighbor noise. There is no cable service, so be prepared to stream or cast from your own device using your own accounts. I was able to stream YouTube TV from my phone to the TV. We took the free shuttle service to the resort each day. It’s a quick walk to the bus stop, and we never waited more than a few minutes for a bus. We walked to the area restaurants and shops. Safeway is a quick drive down the street. We would book again.

Wonderful vacation. Beautiful home, comfortable beds, amazing views. We will definitely stay again when we come back to Winter Park area!

We had a amazing stay here at Winter Park. We had 11 family members and didn't feel like we were right ontop of each other with its 3 stories and its open concept. The house had every amenitie that we needed plus some. The views are spectacular in this home which was a added bonus. The house was immaculate upon arrival it looked like nobody had ever lived in it. Tim was very responsive to any questions we had and made staying there just so easy! You wont regret booking this house!!

Amazing place right on the river. Caught a few fish and enjoyed the hot tub! The hot tub broke while we were there and they got it quickly fixed so we didn’t miss out! On a Sunday! Don’t miss out on this amazing place!

One of the highlights was soaking in the hot tub on a crisp, cold night—an absolute dream! The deck provided stunning mountain views, and the entire setting was quiet and serene, perfect for relaxation. What truly set this stay apart was Amber, the perfect host. Her impeccable communication, grace, empathy, and attention to detail made everything seamless. She provided helpful and informative tips throughout our stay, ensuring we had the best experience possible. A quick tip for winter travelers: 4-wheel drive is a must during the snowy months, but it’s well worth it for this incredible getaway. We can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay. Perfect room — clean with a great view. The game room in the building was a huge plus for my son. Shawn’s detailed instructions on parking and checking into the building were perfect. We were confused at first but then realized it’s all laid out with photos and videos. We loved our stay! This trip was for Mom & Dad and the two kiddo's, and was sandwiched between father's day and our anniversary. This spot was perfect! The kitchen was beautifully appointed, with all the tools I needed -including cups & utensils for kids. The kids' room was perfect for them (first time in bunk beds & they loved it!), and the primary bedroom was perfect for us, including an incredibly comfy mattress. In fact, between that mattress and the hot tub, my back hasn't felt this good all year! Altogether the place was great -we settled in easily & it was a great 'base' for our mountain trip. The area around the condo is great for evening walks and bike rides with training wheels, and the location is convenient to lots of mountain fun! We loved driving up to Rocky Mountain National Park, and spent a day kayaking at Grand Lake. Altogether, it was a fantastic trip!

Condo is as advertised - very comfortable and within walking distance to great shops and restaurants. We loved our dinners at Denos and Paella. Scott is a great host and very communicative. Highly recommend!

Adriana’s place in Fraser was such a gem! Great location, walking distance from coffee shops, breweries and Safeway + a beautiful view of the mountains. The space was a perfect size for us and she was such a hospitable host - definitely a great valley visiting Fraser/Winter park!
