Another great stay at Venci’s, thanks for being such a great host.

The house was perfect for our four-generation visit. Very close to a nice park with a pool and water-park spray area for little kids, play areas and an un-fenced dog off leash area.. The house was well stocked with toys for our toddler and grandpa to play with. There was a step down to the main family room that great-grandma would have needed to keep an eye on, but which we didn’t use that room much. The kitchen and adjoining area was all we needed. The hosts were very accommodating. We had a change in our plans due to some local ill family members we were hoping to visit, but couldn’t, so we had a have a few more folks in the house than planned; it all worked out well. A great family friendly home.

This cottage in the vineyard was a little gem that provided the most beautiful backyard space for hosting our friends and family who were visiting Sonoma to attend my daughter's wedding. The raised bed gardens and vineyards that literally surrounded us were so welcoming and comforting and drew us outside for most of our stay. The house itself gave all the comforts of home and conveniences you would expect, was clean, and, close to the town, which we walked to several times. The cottage gave us the experience we wanted when visiting Sonoma and we felt the charm, character and history as well as gracious and friendly people wherever we visited. The Casita was an added bonus space with privacy and was a perfect space for my daughter, and now, husband to stay. Thank you for making our time there a memorable one and for the experience that made us feel we were literally in another country.

I had never been to the midtown area but this location was perfect for exploring the neighborhood! The place was clean and cozy. Jim had great communication and was proactive in helping me out with a small issue. I would stay here again!

If you're looking for a place to stay close to downtown and campus this is it. The attention-to-detail in this place is impressive. On top of its character, a lot of thought has went into making sure guests' stay is pleasant with chargers, sound machines and ear plugs in each room, stocked coffee bars and snacks, and many more amenities. The location was great for walking / biking to restaurants nearby.

We stayed at this house for 6 days for an event we were attending in West Sacramento…..The house was a perfect spot for us….The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals….We enjoyed sitting in the back yard in the evenings as well while our dog ran around…..I would recommend staying at this house while in West Sacramento

This place was amazing and perfect for our family get together. It was just as described, including beds, bathrooms, what contents were in the kitchen, etc. That is very helpful when trying to pack and wondering if there will be enough towels and blankets or even TP! Tim goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are taken care of. Just a wonderful weekend overall! You won’t go wrong booking this place!

Charlotte and Alicia are the perfect hosts and their home is beautiful. My friends and I were looking for a fun and relaxing getaway and this home was the perfect place for it. The beds were so comfortable and there were lots of nice spaces for lounging and reading. We are grateful for the hospitality and comfort we experienced in their home and the tranquil vibes there, too. I hope we can stay here again! Thank you! ✨️💖🙏🏽

What a lovely house! In particular we enjoyed the expansive and fully-fenced outdoor space with our doggos and kiddos - pictures don't really quite do it justice. The pool house worked as a separate nest for the teenagers, while adults used the two bedrooms in the main building. Location is pretty perfect, with just a 5min drive to Sonoma downtown and easy access to main roads. Our host was extremely communicative, and even helped return an item we forgot at the house promptly and without delay. Hope to visit again!

Great place for a little pool getaway! Friendly hosts, while still having our privacy. Lovely spot in peaceful neighborhood. The place worked great, we had everything we needed in a sweet colorful and fun cottage. We hope to come back!

Mila‘s guest house was the most charming home,it was the perfect size and had everything we needed there. We enjoyed the grounds, especially since we were there with our two corgis . The home is in a marvelous setting lots of walking around in privacy. I will be sure to recommend for visiting family and friends. Thank you , Dean and Valerie Ranns

I just had an amazing experience staying in Craig’s beautiful place (Unit 240). After a long ride over, I was happily greeted by a super clean, beautifully decorated place with high end towels and linens. Oh! and a nice array of sweets. I loved that the sun shined on both sides of the Unit and it has a little patio with chairs and table to sit and watch the world go by. Craig over communicated with me which I appreciated, even checking in with me during my stay to make sure everything was going well and to see if there was anything I needed. Silverado is a large property and this Unit is near everything. A 3-5 minute walk to: the Mansion where there’s a bar that has a mountainous view and overlooks one of the golf courses, The Grill restaurant where they serve all day, a Pro Shop, a little market with coffee, pastries, sandwiches, sundries and the swimming pool. Full service spa, gym tennis courts, bocce, pickleball are just across the street. I will definitely be back!

Stephanie was an excellent communicator as Iwas having a problem knowing where to go! This was my first Airbnb experience and I was very pleased! I loved the condo itself and the fireplace was so lovely as well as the view! Plenty of space and so peaceful - location perfect to walk to the little market for breakfast ( which unfortunately had the worst Starbucks coffee ever!) Coffee in my room was better and free! Bed was super comfortable too! Only negative for me was the fact that it was on the 2nd level and I needed help getting my luggage up the stairs but that was no problem either!!

The airbnb was really great and we enjoyed our stay. It is spacious, in a lovely neighbourhood that is very walkable, and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Only wish we had stayed there longer than the 1 night!

We enjoyed our stay in Sacramento! It was nice to relax by the pool and to cook our meals in the lovely kitchen. We could have used a few more kitchen accessories (e.g. baking dish or pizza pans), but otherwise, it had what we needed.

It was an amazing place, luxurious, private and spacious. It really felt like a home away from home. Walked around the lot, played in the game room below, and an excellent location to both Sonoma and Napa. It was so comfortable, and a great place to stay as just a couple or with close friends. I would book this place again whenever I want to come to Sonoma and/ or Napa, but for a bit longer as our stay was only for 2 nights.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of things to do within a short drive. Wei was an excellent host and was very friendly and accommodating to our party. We would absolutely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Dave’s place! Everything was as described. The home was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We felt right at home! The neighborhood was very quiet, and it was in close proximity to where we needed to be on our stay. This was our favorite home on Airbnb so far. We will definitely recommend Dave’s place and we hope to be back in the future!

The home has been very tastefully updated - furniture and bedding all looked very new. Setting was indeed on a farm - it's surrounded on two sides by enormous wheat fields and on a third side by a (prune?) orchard. As noted by another reviewer, a walk up the train tracks was very pleasant. (Train tracks across street - we were there 18 hours and didn't see or hear a train). Very responsive host. Kitchen has the basics of everything. About 15 minutes to Davis, and can get to shopping/restaurants in Woodside in 6-8 minutes, but by looking out the windows of the home you think you are deep in the country. Can hear freeway noise from outside house; didn't disturb any of us inside. Our family really enjoyed the spacious family spaces - the dining room that sat 6, the large living room, and the eat in kitchen.

Highly recommend this beautiful and extremely well maintained one bedroom with a very comfortable sofa bed. Our house required some major renovations and this became our perfect spot to use as our second home while work was being done. Definitely will recommend to our family and friends when they travel to Woodland for overnight visits.

One of the most unique homes I've ever stayed in! Beautifully decorated, immaculate architecture, pristine landscape & serene location along the river! I'd definitely stay here again.
