Close to Ruhr-University and nearby Mark 51 you can find a peaceful home with small kitchen, bathroom (with shower) and Nespresso coffee maker. You can work from this place as well as enjoy some Roku tv with Disney+ and Amazon. To get downtown you can use the bus stop in front of the house or walk to the next underground within 10-15 min. Free parking lots are in front of the house. Our entry door is protected with Ring system which also takes a video of anyone close to door.

In the immediate vicinity is a small grocery store, the elementary school Am Strückerberg, the Church of the Redeemer, a savings bank and about 300 m away the attractive Gevelsberg city center with retail, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets... The Jakobsweg leads directly past our house.

The room is "only" about 13 sqm (plus bathroom), but otherwise everything you need for a short stay: a wardrobe, 2 chairs, a table, refrigerator, the possibility to make coffee and tea... cups, plates, cutlery ...
