Wir werden die Wohnung ab Juli 2025 nach einer Kernsanierung erstmals vermieten. Wie du auf den Fotos siehst, ist bis auf Deko und Co bereits fast alles bereit. Zum alten Museumshafen mit vielen schönen Restaurants und Cafés sind es ca. 300m. Den Strand bzw. Fähranleger zur Insel Wangerooge erreichst du in 1,9km. Der Edeka (200m) hat häufig sogar sonntags geöffnet.

Von dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft aus seid ihr schnell an allen wichtigen Orten in Ostfriesland. Kirche, Marktplatz, Restaurants, Meer und weiters für Kunst und Kulturliebhaber.

The apartment (55 sqm) is on the first floor (bathroom, kitchen & conservatory) and second floor (bedroom and living/bedroom) with private access. For layout, see floor plan. The apartment has a large, quiet garden which can of course be shared. A parking space is located on the property in front of the garage. Very centrally located, pedestrian zone, restaurants, shops in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment (big sister of Studio ton Barkenboom) is quietly located in a zone of 30, yet in the heart of the beautiful '' bear town'' Esens on the North Sea coast. The city center, shopping, doctors and pharmacies as well as restaurants are within walking distance and the beautiful beach in Bensersiel is only a few minutes away by car.

The place is close to Carolinensiel - Harlesiel in Neu Augustengroden. Take a vacation in an apartment just behind the second dike. Surrounded by a garden with quiet and protected corners, a large variety of birds and a wonderful water lily pond, you can relax. In the garden there is a small sauna house. The sauna is free to use. Cycling and hiking trails start 50 meters behind our dike gate. Your pet is welcome.
