The Cozy Cabin is a charming waterfront retreat but hidden in the tall pines, it features an open floor plan with a plush king bed, full bathroom with a clawfoot tub, furnished kitchen for all you cooking needs, and a comfy leather couch for relaxing. The loft above has two twin beds for extra sleeping space for kids or guests. Outside, enjoy peaceful pond views from your private hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or grill dinner on the charcoal BBQ while enjoying the quiet East Texas setting.

You will enjoy nature, being surrounded by trees, birds, wildlife and a beautiful sunrise. We are located just 2 miles from downtown Palestine and 3 miles to the Texas State Railroad yet in a country setting behind a security gate with your private code. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway! Enjoy swimming off the back deck, the ambiance of sitting on the many decks enjoying the beauty of the lake or just relaxing to watch the sunset. If the weather is cooler you may want to enjoy sitting around the gas firepit on the deck or the wood burning fireplace in the Sunroom! The one bedroom has a queen size bed and in the den a pull out sofa bed for two. Less than 10 minutes to downtown for all you shopping and great restaurants too!

Dogwood Cabin on Scenic Wooded Mossbridge Farm

Our two cabins Dogwood and Holly are located on a quiet, wooded 10 acre retreat that is 8 miles from Athens. Our special feature is a spring fed creek that flows year round and has it's own micro climate that is perfect for native ferns, mixed hardwood forest and dogwoods. We have provided a nature trail for bird watching and exercise. Recently we designed and constructed a beautiful pond with three waterfalls and a deck overhanging the water with chairs for enjoying our private paradise.

Lakefront - The Parisian Cottage Getaway

Our Parisian Cottage is delightfully spacious. With tall ceilings in the living room, kitchen and bedroom. The oversized kitchen with eat-in island makes for a wonderful entertaining space. The loft ceilings are 4' tall but oh-so-fun for the kiddos. The loft retreat is set back from the living room lending itself to a more private loft experience. Capture magnificent sunsets from the lovely lake front porch. It has ramp access to the home from the parking lot and stairs towards the lake.

Experience the elegance of our historic downtown loft. With beautifully restored and decorated interiors, this relaxing space boasts 12-foot ceilings and a serene atmosphere. Enjoy the convenience of being close to everything, making your trip a breeze to plan. Take tranquil early morning strolls through the historic streets as the city sleeps, then return to the loft for a refreshing cup of coffee. Step outside to discover a vibrant array of antique shops, boutiques, bars, and eateries.

Hidden Gem Cottages: Sapphire Cottage

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house has a king bed in the master with attached bath, a secondary bedroom with 2 queens, an additional hall bath and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It sits on a stocked pond with a fishing pier. You will have access to fish and relax at our catch and release pond. The outdoor space also includes a patio with gas grill, large front porch overlooking the pond, covered back porch overlooking woods and a fire pit.

Twin Oaks Ranch

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Fishing is permitted in the ponds. The ponds are stocked with a dock. Enjoy a walk through the forest trails. Clean and newly renovated guest house. A fully equipped kitchen is provided with all the necessary utensils. The bedroom has a king-size bed. Two couches can be pulled out to create two additional beds. We welcome dogs. There is a fenced yard for dogs and a doggy door. 15 minutes to town. There is no fire pit or grill.
